The intricacies of days. Catching up on my bug appreciation. But seriously, I’m adding all my bug photos to @crazyladylovesbugs that I’ve taken over the last 8-9 years, and I’m noticing how many fewer bugs I’ve been seeing this year. It seems weird. Bugs are a hugely important part of our ecosystem and natural food chain. by @crazyladylovesbugs

Wasp and Petunia.
Google says:

No, the world could not survive without wasps. While often feared and disliked, wasps play crucial roles in ecosystems as pollinators and predators, and their absence would have devastating consequences. Their roles in controlling pest populations and supporting plant life are vital for maintaining ecological balance.

All bugs matter. #crazyladylovesbugs by @crazyladylovesbugs

It’s kind of late for the first bug appreciation post of the year, but look at this beautiful scarab-like beetle. Big too! We need all of our beautiful bugs! They all have a purpose. #crazyladylovesbugs by @crazyladylovesbugs

A beautiful little visitor to my Kitchen. A Phidippus audax male (jumping spider) I am told by someone on my FB Arthropods of Wyoming and Colorado Group has told me. (My people😜). Note to ‘fraidy-cats’ - these spideys will not harm you! They want to stay away from you. They aren’t poisonous!
