Hint - It’s peanuts. I’m obsessed. 🥜🥜🥜 feeling grateful that as a U.S. Peanut Ambassador I was able to spend the last week at Expo West sharing my love of American grown peanuts with thousands of people at the @nationalpeanutboard booth. When you buy products made with US Peanuts - we all win. Thanks for supporting American Peanut Farmers and their families and for supporting ours too 🇺🇸💪🏼

high-protein apple cinnamon peanut butter ice cream cups 🍎🥜🍨

follow 👉🏻 @healthyhelper and comment LINK to have @crazyrichardspb new no salt no sugar no stir peanut butter sent directly to you!

if apple pie and peanut butter ice cream had a baby...this would be it. 🤤

these high-protein apple cinnamon peanut butter ice cream cups are creamy, crunchy, perfectly spiced, and taste like a frozen slice of apple pie à la mode.

the best part? they’re packed with protein and made with simple ingredients, including @crazyrichardspb no salt + no sugar added no stir creamy natural peanut butter for all that rich peanut butter flavor without the extra stuff. 🙌🏻

makes: 9 ice cream cups

ingredients:
-1 cup no sugar added apple cinnamon @cascadianfarm cereal, slightly crushed
-heaping 1 cup zero-sugar vanilla yogurt
-heaping 1/4 cup @crazyrichardspb no stir natural peanut butter
-1/4 cup peanut powder
-18 tsp unsweetened apple butter
-optional for topping: extra crushed cereal (about another 1/2 cup)

instructions:
-add about 1 tablespoon of crushed cereal to each well of a silicone muffin pan, pressing gently to create an even base.
-in a medium bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, peanut butter, and peanut powder until smooth and thick.
-spoon about 1½ tablespoons of the yogurt mixture over the cereal layer in each muffin well.
-add about 2 teaspoons of apple butter to the center of each cup and gently spread it into an even layer.
-sprinkle with a little extra crushed cereal, if desired.
-freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
-to serve, let the yogurt cups sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to soften slightly before enjoying.
-optional: for extra apple pie flavor, add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon or apple pie spice to the yogurt mixture before assembling. ✨

tag me @healthyhelper if you try these!! 🥰
