Every first Monday of the month, I gather a group of guys for fellowship over a fun activity somewhere in the greater Tulsa area.

We call it the @TulsaGodSquad.

It’s a simple idea — bring together men who love Jesus (or are just curious to know Him more), do something active, and have real conversations about life, work, and faith.

Last night we played pickleball at Courts and Commons in Bixby. It was actually my first time playing, and now I get the hype! We built friendships, supported a local business, and left encouraged.

Next month we’ll be rock climbing at Gravity Bear Bouldering Gym in Downtown Tulsa.

If you’re a guy local to Tulsa and looking to strengthen your walk with Christ alongside other great men — come join us.

Also, I’m looking for a female lead to help launch our Women’s God Squad group. If you or someone you know might be a good fit, let’s connect!

Rest in peace, Grandpa.

It was an honor to learn from your great example.

You taught me so much and I'm glad our last words together were spent reciting the poem Invictus:

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.

Does a content creator who uses AI to create their content, really a content creator?

As an artist who values the human touch, I am really struggling with the use (and overuse) of AI.

Not sure where AI shifts from being an inspirational tool, to being an adddictive crutch.

And for my two cents, it appears as AI is becoming more of a crutch as time passes by.

What say you?

It doesn’t matter what type of business you have, if you encounter a problem it can be traced to one or a mix of the following areas:

A) founder market fit > lacking the skills/qualifications to run your business
B) customer market fit > don’t know whom you want to serve
C) product-market fit > not making consistent sales
D) systems market fit > can’t deliver on your value proposition

And if you can properly diagnose your business problem area, you can prescribe the right solution.

But, if you keep getting in your way (lacking founder-market fit), you’ll keep on running into the same issues.

This is where the right coaching comes into play.

You can go fast alone, or far with help.

The choice is yours.

Tasting a little bit of time, financial, and location freedom for a month in Panama was an incredible experience.
Been on the road for several months and am excited to apply all I have learned along the way.

I love starting off the day with a good book and coffee.

And yes, in Panama they do serve coffee (cafe geisha) in a wine glass.

Happy 4 year business anniversary to me 😎.

Kicking off a month long workcation beginning in Miami and then off to Central America.

Still got a lot more goals to hit, but I am going to enjoy reinvesting in myself.

Because I am my business.

And when I grow, so does my business.
