I don’t think I’ve ever gravitated toward the color red until this year. I guess I was REaDy for a change😄❤️ #seaside #fashion #freepeople #anthropologie #zara by @creagerco
Hi, I’m Ashley also known as “Sassy” or “Sass” by a few close friends & family😘 When Instagram first came along my username was sassyashyy & my sister among others just started calling me Sassy in everyday life — so of course my niece calls me that too! Lol she was befuddled when she heard someone call me Ashley around her for the first time😂🤭 I want this account to mostly be light hearted & fun! I’m going to come on here & share — share my life, maybe inspire your closet & perhaps even your heart❤️ Some fun facts about me: 1. I love fashion & experimenting with my style — helping others do the same is added fun & brings me joy! It’s probably why I’ve always enjoyed working in retail. 2. I enjoy writing, I can remember even enjoying it in elementary school at a young age. It has always come naturally putting pen to paper & not dread the process. Sometimes it’s cathartic & comforting. Sometimes it’s thought provoking & challenging. Either way, I feel true to myself when I’m doing it. (Side note: I feel the need to say that I don’t use Ai to help me write. I’ll be the author here, real & flawed. I read online somewhere that Ai likes using em dashes, ugh same! I majored in Journalism where it was frequently used. I promise it’s me using those in excess. Lol) 3. Related, I love the arts in general! Writing, painting, dancing, singing & many others alike. Recently, I’ve been honing in on what interior design styles I prefer & love. Lots of pinning happening on Pinterest! Lol (also as a baby millennial yes, of course I type out Lol after everything because duh, wdym? …Lol 4. Last but certainly not the least of these, my faith in the Lord is dear to me. He truly is my best friend. I love the hymn “What a Friend We Have in Jesus” many of the classic hymns remind me of my roots growing up in a small southern baptist church where my grandfather was the pastor. He baptized me when I was 8 years old. I’ve been on quite the journey with God the last 22 years & I’m grateful for every chapter of it. I’m glad you’re here! I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes from a great show: “Be curious, not judgemental.” ✨ — Ted Lasso by @creagerco
