Join us for a somatic and sonic experience designed for restoring intuition at Moonwater Farm on Sunday July 26th from 2-5pm. Sonic Altar Meditations honor our physical bodies as archives and altars by using sound to spark the spirit and meditation as medicine for memory work. These 3-hr gatherings are hosted outdoors at an idyllic farm space in Compton.

For our first session in this summer series, attendees will be guided through an embodied breathwork meditation with Crea followed by listening to a meditative live performance by AnAkA featuring Cymatic Cypher. Tea ceremony will be available by donation throughout with Kayla Lam.

Early bird tickets available now for $15 with your funds going to the somatic and sonic facilitators as well as to maintain our community archiving and learning practice.

This past weekend was a time. Lots of “firsts” for me. First time at the BET Awards. First time on the red carpet. First BET Experience weekend. The fruit of my faith and my ability to try new things has gotten me here and I’m thankful.

Back to work I go but it was important to publicly celebrate myself in this moment. My intention with my interviews was to center love, connection and our humanity. I feel I successfully did that and made it authentic to who I am. I’m proud 🥰

@lasentinelnews, I don’t take it lightly that I had the privilege of representing a company with such a rich legacy. One that provides so many opportunities to participate in things I’m passionate about. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

@amiraaminaelswify, thank you for doing my makeup and helping me get ready on Sunday. Our time together set the tone for the night and I’m grateful for you!

@akil_tircuit, it was fun having this experience with you! Thank you for capturing all of this amazing content.

Lastly, what I’m most overwhelmed by throughout this experience is the support of my community. The celebration and excitement I’ve received from my loved ones is beyond special. I love you guys 🥹
