Great news! You’ll be able to book ilapothecary treatments at Cream Files Studios throughout this autumn! And we’re introducing a completely new facial treatment to the studio menu 🤍

I’d love to introduce you to Elli, she is an experienced, highly skilled cosmetologist whose presence and energy made an impression on me from the first time we met.
I’m so happy I met Elli and that I now get to offer you the opportunity to experience a facial with her! You are truly in the best hands with her. 🤍

Elli specialises in ilapothecary’s Digital Detox and the new Silk Supreme facials and you can now find both treatments in the studio’s online booking calendar.

Elli will be at the studio every other Saturday, starting August 15th. Bookings are now open for the entire autumn!

The first clients to book will receive a full-size ilapothecary Express Lip Balm as a gift. Your gift will be waiting for you when you come in for your facial. Limited quantities available so be quick!

Can’t wait for you to experience her magic! 🤍 by @creamfilesstudios

Four things on my nightstand:

Dream Space Room Spray to set the mood. Just one spray and the whole bedroom has this beautiful calming scent from notes of vetiver, patchouli, spikenard and jasmin.

SOS Body Balm doubles as a foot cream too, since it warms the muscles and helps to relax tired feet. Put on some socks and keep your feet warm and let sleep find you.

Calm Butterfly’s Soothing Balm has lavender which helps to calm the mind. I massage a tiny amount to my ears and wrists so I can enjoy the calming scent while falling asleep.

Express Lip Balm is the best lip balm. Goodbye cracked and dry lips! This balm works great on your cuticles too.

GIFT FOR YOU: Purchase any two products from the ilapothecary range and receive a Dream Space Room Spray as a complimentary gift! Gift size is 15 ml.

I love the idea of making space for small moments of self-care, especially at the end of a long day.

ilapothecary creates thoughtful products to support restful sleep, manage everyday stress and nurture hormonal balance. Your sleep time routine doesn’t have to include many steps in order for them to work. Sometimes, it’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference.

Life is busy, and finding a little time just for myself isn’t always easy. But I’ve found that even the smallest evening rituals can make a difference helping me slow down, let go of the day and ease into a calmer, more peaceful mood.

I thought I’d share a few of my little rituals with you. Maybe you’ll find something that feels just right for you, too.

Instead of applying one heavy layer of hydration, try building it up with several lightweight layers.

Layer by layer, you’re giving the skin the hydration it needs without weighing it down.

The result? Fresh, dewy, naturally glowing skin.

One of my absolute skincare favourites.

Lesse Bioactive Mask is my go-to whenever my skin needs a little reset. Especially now, as we transition from summer into autumn. It leaves my skin feeling fresh, calm and radiant.

One of those products I keep coming back to, week after week. Have you already tried it?

Moisturizer, the cornerstone of any skincare routine.

It can easily be overshadowed by serums and other products packed with active ingredients, even though it plays a vital role in healthy skin. A good moisturizer helps maintain the skin’s moisture balance, strengthens the skin barrier and protects the skin from external stressors. At the same time, it leaves the skin softer, smoother and more supple.

A moisturizer is truly one of the most versatile products in your skincare routine and not easily replaced by anything else.

The right moisturizer does so much more than simply hydrate your skin. When was the last time you updated yours? by @creamfilesstudios

Your feedback means the world! Here’s what you’ve been saying about our products:

”I received the YYS IHME Serum as a sample with my first order, and after just one week I ordered the full size. It has quickly become a staple in my skincare routine. Together with Blank&’s Calm Oil and YYS Elo, it has really helped calm my sensitive, stress-prone skin with a slight tendency toward rosacea. I also love the rosacea product recommendations on the website. Choosing the right skincare can be overwhelming, so having those recommendations made it much easier.”

”I’ve been using the Rowse oil every evening and I’m obsessed! I wake up with skin that feels so soft, glowy, and hydrated. It’s officially a permanent part of my nighttime routine.”

”ROWSE Lip & Cheek Balm (Summer) I’ve been really happy with this balm! The Summer shade is beautiful and gives such a fresh, natural-looking glow. I love that it works for both lips and cheeks, making it a great everyday product.”

”I’m really happy with the My Kit Stories 102 brush! The bristles are soft but firm enough to apply makeup beautifully. It feels high quality, doesn’t shed, and makes blending effortless. Definitely a great purchase.” by @creamfilesstudios
