The CYE HIIT workouts at Revival Wellness pool parties are truly something special.

“I feel the highs and they feel like you. See a love like mine is too good to be true.”

There’s nobody I’d rather spend my time with, and nobody I’d rather enjoy this life with.

I take pride in being your partner. I love leading our family. I love what we’ve created and continue to build.

I’m reminded daily of how grateful I am to live this life. You girl’s are my favorite part of every day. The sun truly doesn’t shine when I’m alone.

Life has been good to me. Around the sun 37 times. Feeling strong, healthy and energized towards life. Grateful for these days and my beautiful family.

The biggest difference this year…. Echo growing up so fast right in front of my eyes. Won’t let the good ol’ days pass without recognizing I’m in them.

SAME SAME but different was a blast this past weekend with the @revivalwellness__ fam!

Can’t capture all the moments and energy but the ones I did bring back with me come with a ton of gratitude for the experience and amazing people I shared it with.

Minda and I finished our first HYROX in 1:13:58 but our goal was always bigger than our time….

We wanted to have fun and prove to ourselves we can still kick some ass, and show Echo how it’s done.

Mission accomplished ⚡️

Also, I gotta say how proud I am of Minda for training hard and showin out for us on race day.

All that and we had a beautiful family trip to UTAH.
