Quite a few new people the last few weeks so let me introduce myself!

I'm Stephanie! My husband co-founded an AI research lab so I've been wrestling with the hard topics of Catholic social teaching and AI for a few years.

Last year, I thought all the resources we needed to prepare our kids for the future technology existed. Until I couldn't find anything about using tools appropriately or discerning when and where to use tools.

So I wrote it.

Over the last six months I've also been working alongside families to build AI literacy, emphasizing faith formation as the foundation for everyone.

I'm so excited to share the book soon. In the meantime you can start a conversation in your own home by downloading From My Table to Yours on my website! by @creatednotcoded

Every tool has telos.
Every plant has telos.

In a garden, the tools ultimate purpose is to help the plants grow.

When we think about emerging tech, or any tools, the church asks us to consider our own purpose---heaven. How can the tools we use help achieve that goal? If technology doesn't bring us closer to heaven, we should not use it! by @creatednotcoded

Three of the scientists in Created, Not Coded are on the path to sainthood or a saint.
Blessed Nicholas Steno first figured out what fossils are and is considered father of geology.

St Carlo coded websites and databases, bringing people closer to Jesus in the Eucharist.

Servant of God Paul Xu Guangqi helped revolutionize math and science in China, working along side Jesuit priests.

Today on All Saints Day I'm genuinely grateful the Church sees a place for science at the service of our faith, a way to better understand the world God gave us!

This is the coolest piece of foam board I have ever owned.

I don't have a plan for when or how I'm going to post the cover but STAY TUNED cause it's 100% sure gonna show up in Rome this weekend. I have a few special guests lined up to tell you about how amazing the content is! If you don't trust me yet, maybe you'll trust a priest or a Sister!

Prayers my Archdiocese finalizes the review process soon so I can set a release date!

Last night was a beautiful evening celebrating the good work of the @catholicfoundationmi

I'm so grateful to be part of a true prolife organization where my littlest ones are welcome alongside me. It's such a gift to know they aren't a burden and my contributions are valued.

I pray often for society to recognize that women can be moms and also think. It's why I am SO EXCITED to be writing articles in next year's @thebetterpartjournal.

Walking through the Newport mansions this summer really drove home the beauty of human creations!

Slide through these and look at the details. Every single marvel was a human decision, an act of creativity that flows from being made in the image of God.

That's what I want our kids to understand before they ever interact with AI-generated content. Human creativity isn't just different from a machine output, it's sacred. It comes from our identity as Children of God.

Real life car conversation.

He realized the math wasn't adding up between the clock, time left to drive, and the ETA.

We celebrated him being smarter than the computer and he threw some personalized shade at his dad's Hermes Agent.

It's fun when we see these learning opportunities in the wild. Have you pointed out something to your kids recently? by @creatednotcoded

I couldn't help myself tonight.

This article hit me in the gut. We need to be protecting our relationships above all, especially as parents.

God made humans for heaven. Our telos is that simple.

Technology has to serve that purpose. It must reflect God's love.
