I’ve done so much. Yoga, journaling, meditation, reiki, and more. But this practice has been the most transformative for me.

I could easily just post about “5 ways to be more creative “ , than to say that I was burnt out ,and actually leaning into my creativity and deepening my intuition was the biggest pivot on my healing journey.✨

I do feel passionately about this, and it’s the reason behind Creative Alchemy: Intuitive Art Circle.

If I had found a space for this when I was in the thick of it, plus having community as well, I think I would have made specific changes to my life sooner.

But I guess that’s the lesson , and why Creative Alchemy exists!

This is a practice that you wished you started a LONG time ago, and the day I started spending more time practicing is the day that I instantly noticed a shift in my body…..a reconnecting….

Things started falling into place for me…
🎨I could finally listen to my body , and make the right decisions for myself , whether it was rest or play!
🎨I became more great full and appreciated myself more!
🎨I released emotions I had forgotten about and felt lighter
🎨I started to prioritise my joy and feeling like myself again
🎨I started seeing things differently,,more beautiful, more positive and dreaming a little bigger .

This is why I created Creative Alchemy. A monthly workshop where we gather, we ground, engage in creative play and create and we reflect and share.

This is my process that has supple so much in letting go of that inner critic, reconnecting with my body and finding my spark again.

Hi I’m Clara and I’ve been on this intuitive art journey for 5 years , they say ultimately you end up teaching the practices and modalities that have been the most transformative.

I can say this because I have trained in reiki, Ayurveda, art education. Have done therapy——— BUT it’s the intuitive creativity and the kundalini yoga practices that have brought me back to myself as a long time burnout prone women working in education. (Not any more)

Starting can feel so daunting, and our minds make
up many things…suddenly we need to hoover our rooms, do the laundry, do
dinner..help your partner with something…when what we really are doing is
distracting ourselves from what we know on a deeper level will help us.

This is why having an accountable community is so key. I am creating one through
creative alchemy: intuitive art circles for women. A space to reconnect to your inner
Artist without judgment. To feel a sense of connection that you havent had in a
while, a space to ground yourself , your vision and your dreams. To do an activity
that feels inspiring. And you will be guided by me , :)

Cosmic Craft meet ups are for women who need that space to restore ,reconnect with their creativity and like minded women interested in personal growth and spirituality. ✨✨

We believe so much in how making the time to return to your creative practice is so deeply nourishing , rewarding and inspiring- this is actually how we both connected ( more on our story another time)

Even if you haven’t got any arts and crafts at home, we do provide colouring sheets ~ for mindful colouring.

Pulling an oracle card is part of our meet ups, a way to self reflect…to get clarity on areas of uncertainty and to come away feeling connected to yourself and others. Sharing is optional of course :)

🙏Talking therapy definitely has its place (I’ve been there), but the most pivotal moments have been through movement practices ,moving energy through the body with intention, and reflecting on the sensations and felt feelings that arise afterwards.

I also feel that what you experience in your life , and how you move past it - is inevitably what you will teach or pass down to others.

Using language to bring my clients back to their process is all part of cultivating an environment that feels trusting. When we are vulnerable we do tend to lean on the “authoritative ” figure instead of our own internal voice,For validation. But you can be your own authority. Have a look 👇🏽
