We have @big_easy_art here! An artist from Handsworth, Birmingham. His work carries the textures of heritage, community, and the everyday poetry of where he comes from.

It’s about representing!

MAKE SURE … you’re doing it right! ✔️

From working within gym facilities for many years i have seen alot of people doing exercises incorrectly which is probably one of the main reasons they don’t get results, get an injury and then quit.

DONT worry about the weight, focus on a nice controlled movement for the exercise you are performing and if you are unsure then don’t hesitate to speak to a qualified coach for assistance 🤌
