Fall Over The Whites 🍁🏔️ - - There’s nothing quite like experiencing New Hampshire’s White Mountains in peak Fall foliage season. From the breathtaking mountain scenery of Crawford Notch and the iconic Conway Scenic Railroad to the charming white chapel in Sugar Hill, every stop felt like a postcard come to life. Flying over the cascading waters of Jackson Falls, capturing the rare beauty of #Snowliage with the majestic Omni Mount Washington Resort in the same shot, exploring the picturesque town of Eaton, and discovering the natural beauty of the Basin Trail at Kinsman Notch — Golden mountain peaks, winding scenic roads, hidden waterfalls, historic landmarks, and endless shades of red, orange, and gold. Vermont Ablaze🦉🍁 - - My day started in downtown Stowe, where Fall foliage completely transforms this already beautiful Vermont town into something straight out of a postcard. From there, I hit the winding roads of Smugglers’ Notch, surrounded by mountains exploding with color in every direction. Next stop was the iconic Von Trapp Family Lodge, where the foliage was absolutely stunning from above. Then came my first visit to Nichols Ledge — and WOW. The colors here were some of the brightest I saw all day. But the real surprise came at the top of Owl Head Trail. Miles and miles of burning-bright reds, oranges, and yellows stretched across the landscape, all leading toward the still-green summit of Owl Head Mountain. It might honestly be the coolest fall foliage scene I’ve ever had the chance to fly through. A couple of quick stops at a classic covered bridge & a corn maze brought the day to a perfect finish.

Steel & Sunshine 🏎️ 🌞 - - A lush green field full of history, horsepower, and polished chrome. Getting the chance to fly over this classic car show gave me a perspective you just can’t get from the ground. Rows of beautifully restored cars, the sound of engines, and decades of automotive history all coming together in one place. Some cars are meant to be driven. Others are meant to be seen from above.

Boston’s On a Roll 🌆 🏂 - - Sunrise hits different when you’re carving through Boston pavement on a Onewheel. Started at sunrise in the quiet of the Public Garden, cruised through Back Bay, and then chased the morning light through streets that were still waking up. No destination. Just me, @onewheel and a city waiting to be explored. Sometimes the best way to see somewhere is to just keep moving 🛞🏙️

Colors Of The Valley 🌅🎈- - The 35th Annual Hudson Valley Hot Air Balloon Festival delivered the kind of morning you hope for as a filmmaker — perfect weather, calm conditions, and an absolutely unreal sunrise. Honestly, I was blown away by the sheer number of balloons. I’ve filmed quite a few hot air balloon festivals over the years, but seeing this many balloons take to the sky together was something else entirely. Watching them rise above the Hudson Valley as the sun came up was one of those moments that makes you stop flying for a second and just take it all in. Definitely one of the most impressive balloon launches I’ve had the chance to capture.

Rhythm of Connecticut 🦅 🌊 - - The day started early at Great Falls, with clear skies, beautiful morning light, and the kind of conditions that make you want to keep the drone in the air forever. Only problem was a hawk noticed my drone a few minutes into the flight, so I gave him the right of way and landed. Next up was Chapman Falls in Devil’s Hopyard, where the water was flowing strong and the skies were still wide open. The perfect combination for some seriously cinematic aerial footage. Then came the final stop: Yantic Falls. By then, the clouds had rolled in and a few sprinkles started to fall, completely changing the mood of the day. taken in Connecticut, USA by @creating.covell

Forever Square Pond ☀️⛵️ - - Some places just feel like home. Square Pond in Acton, Maine will always be one of those places for me. My best friend’s family has owned a vacation house here our whole lives, and I’ve spent countless weekends of my childhood on this lake — swimming, riding around, getting into trouble, and making memories that stuck with me. Coming back years later & seeing it from above while still sharing the lake with the same childhood friends is pretty damn special. Great Falls Ascension 🎈🌆 - - The sky may have been a little overcast, but the balloons brought all the color. Perfect temperatures, comfortable humidity, and a beautiful mass ascension made for an incredible morning at the Great Falls Balloon Festival in Lewiston, Maine. There’s something seriously fun about flying during a balloon launch—chasing the movement, weaving through all those colors, and watching the landscape transform as hundreds of balloons take to the sky. The sky didn’t need to be perfect… the balloons were.

The Flow from Above ⛰️🌊 - - This drone adventure took us through some of New Hampshire’s most incredible waterfalls along the Kancamagus Highway. We wandered through the smooth granite cascades of Diana’s Baths, stood in awe of the towering drop at Glen Ellis Falls. On the Kangamangus, we crossed the picturesque bridge overlooking the rushing waters of Rocky Gorge and found the hidden lake beyond the Falls. I thought that would be the highlight of the day, but we finished by stopping at Sabbaday Falls before heading out.

Sabbaday Falls is one of those places that stops you in your tracks. Water tumbles through a narrow, sculpted granite gorge, twisting & cascading over ancient rock polished by years of rushing water. Every turn reveals another layer of swirling pools & dramatic drops ending in a bright blue pool so beautiful you’d swear it’s glowing. The perfect finale to a summer day exploring the White Mountains.

Great Elephant Migration hits Boston 🐘🌇 - - One by one, they arrived… transforming one of Boston’s most iconic streets into a breathtaking reminder of the wild. Watching these life-sized elephants from @greatelephantmigration take their places along Commonwealth Avenue Mall was unlike anything I’ve seen. A quiet procession stretching beneath the historic canopy of trees, inviting everyone who passes by to slow down, look closer, and reflect.

It’s incredible how a city known for its history can suddenly feel connected to the vast landscapes of Africa through a single work of art. Seeing this remarkable exhibit from the air offered a perspective that few get to experience, revealing the full scale and beauty of the herd as it made its way through the heart of Boston. Sometimes the most unforgettable journeys don’t happen in the wilderness. Sometimes they unfold right down the middle of Commonwealth Avenue.

Suncook Skybound 🌞🎈- - The Suncook Valley Hot Air Balloon Festival in Pittsfield, New Hampshire greeted us with a picture-perfect summer sunrise. The air was crystal clear with almost no clouds, no fog, and barely a breath of wind. As the balloons lifted off, they drifted gently over the Suncook River before seemingly coming to a standstill, suspended above the water as if time itself had paused. It was one of those moments that hardly felt real. What surprised me even more was the incredible turnout. The energy on the ground matched the beauty in the sky, making this one of the most memorable festivals I’ve experienced.

Over The Harbor ⚓️ 🏖️ - - Gloucester Harbor tells stories. From the air, every corner of this historic harbor reveals something different. Tucked inside Stage Fort Park, Half Moon Beach rests like a quiet sanctuary, its calm shoreline offering a peaceful contrast to the steady rhythm of the working waterfront. Just beyond, I was lucky enough to catch one of Gloucester’s iconic fishing boats making its way out to sea, beginning another day on the Atlantic.

Then there’s the familiar whale watching boat, with its enormous open deck packed with eager passengers, remains one of Gloucester’s most recognizable sights as it heads toward the open ocean in search of giants beneath the waves. And if fortune smiles on your flight, you might even spot one of the magnificent triple-decker luxury yachts gliding effortlessly through the harbor, adding a touch of elegance to this timeless maritime scene.

But no matter how much activity fills the water, my eyes always seem to drift toward the Beauport Hotel. Its stunning beachfront setting, lively outdoor deck restaurant overlooking the harbor, and breathtaking rooftop pool create one of the most picturesque waterfront destinations anywhere on the New England coast. From above, it’s the centerpiece that ties the entire harbor together.
