I talk about marriage, sex, female pleasure, programming and power because I believe they are far more connected to society’s problems than we are comfortable admitting.

I was in a relationship for 22 years.

I know what it is to stay, follow the structure we were taught was normal, and what happens when women stop being honest about what they actually desire.

One of the most confronting teachings coming through my channeling is:

Women who fake orgasms are the beginning of a loop that can ultimately contribute to the culture in which sexual exploitation, human trafficking and child abuse exist.

That does not mean women cause these crimes. Responsibility for abuse belongs entirely to the person committing it.

I’m talking about the loop.

Women are programmed to perform sexually.

Men can interpret that performance as genuine pleasure.

Nobody communicates honestly.

Dissatisfaction and resentment grow.

Sex becomes obligation or disappears.

Instead of confronting what has happened inside the relationship, sexual desires can go underground.

Pornography.
Infidelity.
Prostitution.
Secrecy.
Shame.

And in some people, increasingly harmful or exploitative behaviour.

Meanwhile, everybody protects the structure.

Protect the marriage.
Protect the family.
Protect his reputation.
Protect her lifestyle.
Don’t ask uncomfortable questions.

That is what I’m passionate about dismantling.

Not marriage. Unhappy marriage.

Not men. Programming.

Not sexuality. Sexual dishonesty, entitlement and shame.

I want women to know what they desire.

I want men and women communicating honestly about sex before marriage, not twenty years into it.

And when a relationship has finished?

I want us brave enough to admit it.

Because protecting the appearance of a happy family should never become more important than the humans living inside it.

This is why I channel. This is why I write.

We cannot change a structure we’re too frightened to examine.

There have been many books written about the law of attraction and manifesting but none as simplified as this channeled guide.

Jenny has been an avid follower of the teachers from The Secret since it was first released.

However, frustrated at the length of each book on the topic and the mansplaining Jenny always desired to condense the teachings she had studied into one easy to read book.

Never, in a million years, expecting to become a channeler and channeling the information directly from the spirit world.

The first channeled book in a ever growing series, the rebranded rerelease of the Law of Attraction and the Principles of Manifesting, is now available to purchase on Amazon or the website.

And more importantly, who decided?

At what age did dancing until the early hours become something we were supposed to grow out of?

When did enjoying music, dressing up, flirting, laughing and having fun become activities reserved for people in their twenties?

Somewhere along the way, we inherited an unwritten set of rules about how adults are supposed to behave.

By thirty, you should be settling down.

By forty, you should be acting your age.

By fifty, apparently, you should be delighted to be home in your pyjamas by nine.

Says who?

I find it fascinating how readily we accept society’s expectations without questioning whether they actually reflect what we desire.

We stop doing things we enjoy because we’re worried about looking ridiculous.

We tell ourselves we’re too old when perhaps we’re simply afraid of being judged.

And then we wonder why life starts feeling smaller.

Ageing doesn’t mean we have to stop living.

Within my teachings on manifesting, the first principle is knowing what you desire to do, be and have.

Not what society expects you to desire.

Not what your friends think is appropriate.

What YOU desire.

If that’s a quiet evening at home, wonderful.

But if it’s getting dressed up, heading out with your girlfriends and dancing until your feet hurt, why shouldn’t it be?

Your age is not an instruction manual for how to live your life.

Perhaps the question isn’t whether we’re too old for nightclubbing.

Perhaps it’s why we ever gave society permission to decide when our fun should end.

So tell me…

When was the last time you went dancing simply because you wanted to?

I’ve been intentionally provoking the mothers on my Facebook page lately. And there’s a reason.

Because I want women to start questioning something that has been normalised for generations.

Why do some mothers protect their sons at all costs, yet blame women when those sons cause harm?

I recently received a message from a friend that brought this issue into sharp focus.

I won’t identify her. That’s not the point.

The point is the belief behind it.

When a child is sexually abused, why is the mother so often the one being blamed instead of the person who committed the abuse?

Why didn’t she know?

Why didn’t she see the signs?

Why didn’t she protect her child?

Yet how often do we ask why someone chose to abuse that child in the first place?

This culture of blame is part of what allows sexual abuse to continue.

When mothers fear judgment, families fear scandal and victims fear being disbelieved, silence becomes another form of protection for perpetrators.

And the children pay the price.

Child sexual abuse affects a devastating number of children, including many whose experiences are never reported.

If you are a woman who blames a mother or a child rather than the person responsible for sexual abuse, I want you to question why.

What happened in your own life that taught you to think this way?

What beliefs about men, women, loyalty and shame have you inherited?

A mother may have responsibilities to protect her child. But that does not transfer responsibility for the abuse away from the perpetrator.

We cannot keep protecting harmful behaviour and then wonder why it continues.

If humanity is going to evolve, we must challenge the beliefs that protect perpetrators and silence those who have been harmed.

Stop blaming victims. Stop excusing perpetrators. Start demanding accountability.

I decided not to have children in my twenties.

I remember reading something that profoundly influenced that decision.

Once children start school, their peers can begin having more influence over their beliefs and behaviour than their parents.

Whether that is true for every child or not, the thought stopped me in my tracks.

I remember thinking, why would I bring a child into the world, take responsibility for raising them, and then hand so much of that influence over to society?

Because children don’t just learn from their parents.

They learn from their friends.

Their teachers.

The families of their friends.

The behaviour they witness.

The things society rewards, excuses and normalises.

And eventually, those children become adults.

Which brings me back to this channeled message.

When parents protect the harmful actions of their adult children, they are no longer simply protecting their children.

They are protecting the behaviour of functioning members of society.

Those adults go on to have relationships, careers, families and influence over others.

And the consequences of their behaviour don’t stay within the family home.

I believe we need to question what we teach children about loyalty.

Does loving someone mean defending them regardless of what they’ve done?

Does being family mean overlooking harm?

Or does genuine love include accountability?

We cannot expect society to improve while continuing to excuse harmful behaviour behind closed doors.

You can love your adult children without protecting them from the consequences of their actions.

And perhaps that’s one of the most important lessons we can teach the next generation.

Love and accountability are not opposites.

At what age does protecting your child become protecting their behaviour?

We raise our children to become independent adults.

To make their own decisions.

To contribute to society.

To take responsibility for their actions.

Yet how many parents continue protecting their adult children from the consequences of those actions?

Because that’s my son.

Because that’s my daughter.

Because they’re a good person.

Because they have a family, a career and a reputation to protect.

But what happens when protecting your adult child means someone else suffers?

When you excuse their abusive behaviour?

When you dismiss concerns raised by their partners?

When you minimise their treatment of others?

When you remain silent because confronting the truth might damage your family?

You are no longer simply protecting your child.

You may be protecting a functioning adult member of society from accountability.

And that adult doesn’t exist in isolation.

They are someone’s partner.

Someone’s parent.

Someone’s employer.

Someone’s colleague.

Someone’s neighbour.

Their behaviour affects other people.

Imagine how much suffering continues because families protect reputations rather than challenge harmful behaviour.

Within my channeled teachings, humanity’s evolution requires radical responsibility.

And that responsibility doesn’t end when our children turn eighteen.

Loving your adult children doesn’t mean excusing everything they do.

Supporting them doesn’t mean shielding them from accountability.

And loyalty should never require silence when someone is being harmed.

You can love your child and still hold them responsible for their actions.

In fact, sometimes that’s the most important thing you can do.

Because the adult you protect from accountability today is the same adult who will continue participating in society tomorrow.

If we want humanity to evolve, we must stop confusing unconditional love with unconditional protection from consequences.

How many generations have been told the future belongs to their children?

And how many have used that belief to avoid taking responsibility for the present?

We tell our children they will change the world.

But what exactly are we leaving them to fix?

The corruption we refused to challenge?

The abuse we chose not to confront?

The beliefs we inherited and passed straight on?

We teach children kindness while demonstrating intolerance.

We teach honesty while excusing dishonesty.

We encourage them to stand up to bullying while remaining silent when adults behave abusively.

Children learn from what we demonstrate, not simply what we say.

Within my channeled teachings, humanity’s evolution requires awareness, radical responsibility and action.

Not tomorrow.

Not when the next generation grows up.

NOW.

You don’t need to solve every problem on the planet.

Start with your own home, relationships and community.

Question the behaviour you excuse.

Examine the beliefs you pass down.

Speak up when you know something is wrong.

Imagine if every generation took responsibility for improving the world it inherited instead of leaving the work to its children.

Perhaps our children wouldn’t have to spend their lives repairing what we refused to address.

Humanity’s future is being created by what we choose to do today.

So what are you leaving the next generation?

A better world?

Or another list of problems you hoped someone else would solve?

Have you ever wondered why something that barely bothers one person can send another into an emotional meltdown?

Someone disagrees with you.

Questions your beliefs.

Challenges your relationship.

Criticises your choices.

And suddenly, you’re angry, defensive, offended or desperate to prove them wrong.

But what exactly are you reacting to?

Is it what the person actually said?

Or is it what their words have activated within you?

From childhood, we develop beliefs about ourselves, relationships, money, sexuality, authority and what is considered acceptable behaviour.

Those beliefs become familiar.

And when someone challenges them, our nervous system can respond as though something important is under threat.

But feeling threatened doesn’t necessarily mean you are being threatened.

Sometimes, you’re simply being confronted with a belief you’ve never thought to question.

This is why self-awareness is so important.

Instead of immediately defending yourself, consider asking:

Why did that upset me?
What belief am I protecting?
Where did that belief originate?

Am I responding to the situation in front of me, or something I’ve experienced before?

And is my reaction helping me understand the situation or preventing me from doing so?

Being triggered doesn’t automatically mean you’re wrong.

Sometimes your reaction is alerting you to a genuine boundary violation or harmful behaviour.

But other times, it reveals programming that deserves examination.

Within my channeled teachings, humanity’s evolution requires us to become conscious of our thoughts, emotional responses and inherited beliefs.

Because you cannot change a pattern you refuse to recognise.

And you cannot expect to develop a clear relationship with your spirit team if every unfamiliar thought or opportunity is immediately filtered through fear and old programming.

The goal isn’t to stop feeling emotions.

It’s to understand them well enough to choose what you do next.

Your reaction may be automatic.
Your next action doesn’t have to be.

Every human being who has ever walked this Earth was born from a woman.

Every king.

Every president.

Every religious leader.

Every billionaire.

Every soldier.

Every man who has ever exercised power over another human being.

All of them entered this world through a woman’s body.

Now consider the extraordinary contradiction.

Women have been responsible for bringing humanity into existence, yet for generations have been taught to surrender authority over their own lives.

We have been taught to nurture.

To sacrifice.

To forgive.

To remain loyal.

To protect our families, even when protecting them means remaining silent about harmful behaviour.

But what if women began recognising the extraordinary influence they have over humanity’s evolution?

Not simply through childbirth.

But through what we teach our children.

What we tolerate in our relationships.

What we excuse in our sons.

What we expect from our daughters.

And what we allow to continue within our homes and communities.

Perhaps this understanding should ignite anger in women.

Not anger towards men simply for being men.

But anger at the generations of programming that have encouraged women to surrender their independence, silence their instincts and protect systems that diminish them.

And anger at the recognition that women have sometimes participated in maintaining those very systems.

Because bringing humanity into the world is not the same as taking responsibility for the world we are creating.

Men remain responsible for their own choices and behaviour.

But women also have the power to question what they teach, tolerate and pass down.

Within my channeled teachings, humanity’s evolution requires radical responsibility.

And perhaps women’s anger has a purpose.

To stop accepting.

To start questioning.

To refuse to pass the same programming to another generation.

Women gave birth to humanity.

Imagine what could happen if we collectively decided to take a more conscious role in its evolution.

How did humanity become so uncomfortable talking about sex when sexuality is such a fundamental part of being human?

We teach women to be modest.

Men to hide their desires.

Couples to avoid conversations that might make their partners uncomfortable.

And everyone to keep their private sexual lives behind closed doors.

But what happens when shame becomes more important than understanding?

How many people enter relationships without ever discussing what they genuinely desire?

How many women have spent years pretending to enjoy sex?

How many men have never questioned their expectations of sexual intimacy?

And how many couples insist they can talk about anything while avoiding conversations about pleasure, fantasies, boundaries and dissatisfaction?

We’ve normalised sexual secrecy while treating sexual honesty as something inappropriate.

And perhaps that’s one of humanity’s greatest contradictions.

We are biological beings with natural sexual desires, yet we’ve inherited generations of programming about what is acceptable to think, feel and express.

We judge women for enjoying their sexuality.

We judge men for expressing desires outside traditional expectations.

And we confuse sexual freedom with sexual irresponsibility.

But understanding sexuality doesn’t mean abandoning boundaries.

It means understanding our biology, respecting consent, communicating honestly and taking responsibility for our behaviour.

Within my channeled teachings, humanity’s evolution requires us to question the programming that prevents us from understanding ourselves.

That includes our sexuality.

Because shame doesn’t automatically create morality.

And silence doesn’t automatically create healthy relationships.

Imagine a society where people could discuss sex as openly and responsibly as they discuss any other aspect of human biology.

Perhaps humanity would finally begin understanding itself.

And perhaps the more uncomfortable question is:

Why did you feel responsible for protecting his ego at the expense of your own pleasure?

For generations, women have been taught that a man’s sexual satisfaction is a measure of their success as a partner.

Keep him happy.

Make him feel desirable.

Don’t embarrass him.

Don’t make him feel inadequate.

And whatever you do, don’t damage his confidence.

But where does the woman’s pleasure fit into this arrangement?

How many women have spent years pretending to enjoy sex they weren’t enjoying?

How many men genuinely believe they’re satisfying their partners because nobody has ever told them otherwise?

And how many couples proudly declare they can talk about absolutely anything, yet cannot have an honest conversation about sex?

We’ve created a culture where protecting male confidence can become more important than understanding female pleasure.

But men are not mind readers.

And women shouldn’t have to perform pleasure to preserve a relationship.

Imagine what would happen if women felt comfortable saying:

That doesn’t feel good.

I’d like to try something different.

I’m not enjoying this.

I don’t want sex tonight.

And imagine men receiving those conversations with curiosity rather than defensiveness.

Sexual compatibility isn’t measured by how convincingly a woman performs an orgasm.

It’s built through communication, mutual respect, understanding anatomy and genuine consideration for each other’s pleasure.

Within my channeled teachings, humanity’s evolution requires us to question the programming we’ve inherited.

Including the belief that a woman’s body exists to validate a man’s masculinity.

A woman’s orgasm is not a performance review of a man’s worth.

And her pleasure is not something she should have to sacrifice to protect his feelings.

So perhaps it’s time we stopped asking women whether they’re keeping their men satisfied.

And started asking whether women are genuinely satisfied themselves.
