Very happy to announce my partnership with @luminsports which an all-in-one software platform that helps sports teams manage athletic performance, medical records, strength training, and daily team operations in one central place.

I personally am doing this for all my programs. by @creatinmonsters

Don’t ask the question, Am I successful yet? Ask the question, Am I better than I was yesterday?

Shoutout to this Monster, Monroe for getting to this point being healthy to start her season. She’s worked hard and come a long way over the past 6 months to come back from a back injury and be ready to start the season. I’m grateful to be apart of that process and wish her a successful and healthy year 💪🏐 by @creatinmonsters

As Strength and Conditioning Coach for UEA, Coach Magz has one mission: Making sure our athletes are ready when the lights come on.

Stronger. Faster. More durable. Better prepared.

What happens behind the scenes matters just as much as what happens on game day.

UEA × Coach Magz.

We’re just getting started

I’m so proud of this Monster. To witness the growth from High School to being drafted and just overall being a grinder through the trials and tribulations. Big congrats to Monster Ricky Tiedemann on being called up to the show. by @creatinmonsters

⚡️ Reaction time IS a skill. We train it like one. Here are some of boys using @blazepod in baseball specific movements training first-step quickness, hand-eye precision, and cognitive speed. If you’re not training your nervous system, you’re leaving MPH, exit velo, and range on the table.
This is what separates good athletes from great ones. 🔴🟡🟢 📲 Want to train like this and develop your speed and quickness? DM me to book your assessment and let’s build your program. by @creatinmonsters
