Hello there, River here! 👋🏼 I’m so happy with ya’ll like this art piece of my Naruto OC, Ryuketsu Chitose. As promised, here’s part two of her backstory. You can the first part on my profile. Check it out! Seeking asylum in Konohagakure, Chitose became a ward of the village and entered ANBU by sixteen, arriving as a survivor still raw from the weight of what she had lost, and channeling that grief into a relentless pursuit of mastery. Her uncle, Tatsuya’s regime had deliberately seeded misinformation about the civil war through trade contacts and envoys along the Land of Rivers’ eastern border, ensuring a hostile narrative reached Konoha before she did. Villagers and colleagues branded her “Kin-Killer.” Her eventual transition to forensic pathology was a natural outgrowth of her analytical mind; in the solitude of the morgue, she deciphers the secrets of the dead, treating each autopsy as a data point toward perfecting her command of the human body. To Konoha, Chitose is indispensable, a forensic prodigy who exposes the ‘how’ and ‘why’ behind every fallen shinobi. Yet beneath her reserved professionalism, the rebellion endures. Patient and methodical, she quietly readies herself, believing that every secret uncovered and every skill mastered brings her closer to returning to Ryūgū-jō to perform one final, corrective surgery on her uncle’s regime. Her story is only beginning. Let me know what you think of her in the comments! I absolutely adore this character. She was created during a difficult time in my life and has grown alongside me over the last decade. I can’t wait to share more about her, and her exact relationship with Kakashi Hatake. 👀 #ocart #narutooc #narutoart #kakashihatake #artoftheday by @creationbard

“She learned to smile with blood in her mouth. She was brave; she was beautiful, but it was ugly.” — stewheart. I’m incredibly happy with how this piece came out for my Naruto OC, Ryuketsu Chitose. She looks so fierce! 🔥 #narutooc #narutofanart #ocartist #creationbard #ocart by @creationbard

“She learned to smile with blood in her mouth. She was brave, she was beautiful, but it was ugly.” — stewheart. Meet Ryuketsu Chitose, my Naruto OC, and one of the main characters I want to write about in my fanfic series. There’s a lot I could say about her. I’ve been developing her character through literary RP for over 10 years. But for now, here’s her backstory of the events that lead her to Konoha. Part one. Chitose was born into the fading grandeur of the Ryuketsu Clan, the youngest child of Ryuketsu Hayase and the late Clan Head, Ryuketsu Ryūichi. Their ancestral seat, Ryūgū-jō, nestled in the Land of Rivers, remained an isolated stronghold of stagnant tradition, an autonomous enclave crumbling beneath the weight of a world it refused to embrace. After her father’s reformist efforts were cut short by his death, the clan’s fragile order unraveled. Her eldest brother, Ryuketsu Ryūga , brilliant yet mentally unstable, became a puppet ruler, manipulated by their calculating uncle Ryuketsu Tatsuya and a council of elders intent on resurrecting a bygone era. The five-year civil war that followed forged Chitose. As her other elder brother, Ryuketsu Tatsuo, led the open rebellion, she became the “intellectual shadow,” within Ryūgū-jō’s walls. While dissecting Tatsuya’s regime like a malignant disease, she identified structural weaknesses and plotted countermeasures. Yet logic could not account for the relentless cruelty born of desperation. On the night of the estate’s fall, Ryūga was assassinated, and Chitose was reduced to a bargaining chip in a ruthless political exchange. What followed was a tactical disaster that Chitose was forced to witness in excruciating detail. Tatsuya violated the peace terms, executing her comrades in a public spectacle. Formally stripped of her rank and sentenced to exile, she was smuggled across the border to the Land of Fire, a living remnant of a rebellion erased from official record. Across the shinobi world, the name “Blood Witch” preceded her like a curse. What do you think so far? Want to know what happens next? Like and follow for part two! #narutooc #narutoart #ocartist #fa by @creationbard

“She learned to smile with blood in her mouth. She was brave, she was beautiful, but it was ugly.” — stewheart. I’ve been missing my Naruto roleplay blog, and I just recently returned to write on it. It’s wild to think I’ve been writing for this original character for over a decade! Ryuketsu Chitose, the Blood Witch. 🩸 🥷🏼🍃 Originally from the Land of Rivers, born into the sovereign Ryuketsu Clan of old traditional and grandeur, destined for political decline. After a blood civil war, Chitose flees to the Land of Fire and claims asylum in Konohagakure. That’s where the real adventure begins. Here are some sketch clips of a two-panel piece, inspired by an image found on Pinterest. The mood literally screamed Chitose. lol I’m hoping to finally work on a fanfic series which will feature her story, alongside other Naruto canon characters and OC’s. It’ll have a little something for everyone, a mixture of action, dark themes, angst, lighthearted moments, political intrigue, and…of course some juicy romance. 🤭 I encourage you to follow my Naruto fandom account at @shinobinvku and follow my Ao3 (same username) if you’re interested in more of this content! For now, I’ll add a few of my favorite pieces here on my main account. Stay tuned for the final results! ✌🏼 River #narutooc #narutoart #narutofandom #digitalartists #artistsoftiktok by @creationbard

Hey there, River here with last sketch in @timofeev_books D&D party commission! Meet Todd. I really dig his sense of style, and love his long, precisely needle-like nose. He was a cool character to draw. I can’t wait to show the rendering process for all six of these commissions. Hi, I’m River, and here’s the fifth sketch of @timofeev_books D&D party commission! Meet Tali, the Halfling. I loved how this sketch came out, especially the details on her plate armor, and as always, I’m a sucker for the characters with the most fantastic hair! Tali’s nearly battle-ready; all I have left to do is add color! This is the fifth sketch of the six-character party set. I have one more sketch to show before their final rendering. Like, repost, and follow to stay tuned for the remaining sketch of this mini commission series! #dndart #fantasyart #dndartist #dndcommission #dndcharacter taken in Houston, Texas by @creationbard

Who doesn’t love a dashing elf in a D&D party with long, flowing, disheveled locks? 👀 Hi there, River here with the fourth addition to @timofeev_books Dungeons & Dragons sketch, sketched and ready for rendering! Meet Amdir, the Elf! 🧝🏼‍♂️🍃🗡️ I love how clean this sketch came out. The unkempt hair was so satisfying to draw, and it was fun to sketch the little detailed embroidery of his tunic. Although his previous reference technically has a quiver of arrows across his back. I’ll add that before submitting the final piece. Details matter when creating a cool character! That’s four sketches done, only two more to go for this commission batch. Like, follow, and repost to see the rest of the cast and the final portraits! 🙏🏼 Tell me in the comments what your favorite D&D race to play is. #dndart #dndcommission #dndartist #fantasyartist #dndcharacter taken in Houston, Texas by @creationbard

Heya! River here. 👋🏼 Here’s the second sketch @timofeev_books commissioned me to create for her Dungeons & Dragons party! Meet No’ami, the mysterious and alluring elf! 🧝‍♀️ 🗡️🛡️🌲 I had previously drawn her a few months ago, but decided to redraw her to keep the style of all six bust shots consistent. I’m just picky like that. lol Two sketches revealed, four more to show off from this D&D batch! Stay tuned! What’s your favorite class to play in D&D? Tell me the comments! Commissions are open with limited spots. Shoot me an email if you’re looking to have your character commissioned.
