🪷ever-changing, ever-glowing, every-blooming🪷

inner bloom to me, is to understand self & allow grace. Its the thin line between reflecting on the roots of your issues and stepping into an action that heals them. Both are necessary to reach highest self. knowing why is the first step. Changing is where the buds begin to bloommmm🪷 by @creationsfromsol

Love is a natural longing. How difficult it is to know you deserve more, know you deserve better but gritting your teeth is the only way to show youre still grateful for what you have. & How vulnerable you must be to vocalize what everyone feels but is too afraid share. Finding yourself in a period in which no one understands you is one of the heaviest times. And pulling yourself out of it is one of the greatest strengths. But what do you do… when you still wish for something more? #poetrypage #poet #philly #insecurities #spiritual by @creationsfromsol

Celebrating another rotation around the sun with an excerpt from my upcoming poetry book! Every year I find myself wondering deeper about what exactly I specifically was meant to do. To create? yes! To experience? yes! To love? yes! However, I always find the endless growth of a person fascinating, because we all started from the same place, deeply unprepared as well. But somehow, someway, we make the most out of a beautiful yet complex situation. Finding the beautiful parts within the complexities is truly where we grow & touch our inner-selves the most. This year of 23, Im returning to my artistic roots.

I wanted to start off my art page speaking on one of my favorite art forms. Food! The universal language of nourishment. Cooking!! Art born from necessity. Turning ordinary sustenance to a quality meal of exciting flavors is truly a labor of love. Food is scarce for many so when a meal is shared or a recipe is handed down, these are extensions of love. That love vibration is felt in our bodiess!!! Be careful & 🍀intentional🍀 with what enters you & always give thanks even if its quick 123. I know I’ll be back for to talk later lol #feedthespiritandbody #cookingisart #explore by @creationsfromsol
