Hi friends! As I heal my relationship with money, I’ve made it a goal to make an extra $1,000 this month, on top of the income I get from my full time job. The healing work I’ve done taught me that in order to change limiting beliefs (in which I’ve had around money), I need to start small to prove it’s possible to stretch and grow in this area. That’s why I’m starting with a low goal instead of like $10,000 (in which failing would reinforce the limiting belief that it’s hard to make money).

Those of you who know me know I hate asking for things, especially favors or free money. That being said, I prefer to offer services so that it’s a win-win! These prices are a starting point, and I’m willing to negotiate. AND I’m willing to go out of my comfort zone and drop my venmo here for those of you who do want to donate to the Jamie Fund (lol) before I get a Patreon set up. It’s at jamiearonson9

I’m just getting to the point in my life that I’ve acquired so many skills/ points of wisdom that I just need to share with the world before it eats me up inside!

Eventually, I plan on making online courses, continuing my podcast, teaching acting classes, and more. But this menu is a start! 😃

Thank you 🫶🏻

PS. I can do all of these services virtually (except the haircuts hehe) by @creative.flow.solutions

Singing is more than a talent or performance. Research suggests the simple act of using your voice can affect stress, mood, social connection, and even some markers of immune activity.

Studies of singing, especially group singing, have found changes in cortisol and immunoglobulin A, along with improvements in mood and feelings of connection. Singing also engages brain systems involved in emotion, memory, movement, and reward in ways that ordinary speech does not.

Here is what the research suggests:

• Singing can reduce stress and improve mood.
• Group singing may strengthen feelings of bonding and social connection.
• Some studies have found short-term changes in immune markers after singing.

You do not need to sound good to benefit from singing. The strongest evidence comes from structured and group-singing studies, so claims that a few minutes of humming can “reset” the nervous system should be treated more cautiously.

Your voice does not have to be perfect to make you feel something.

Comment your thoughts.. 💭 and tag someone who needs to see this! 👀

Passionate kissing can create a real chemical response in the brain, but some of the viral health claims around it go further than the evidence.

Kissing someone you feel close to can activate brain systems involved in reward, attachment, and stress regulation. Dopamine is involved in pleasure and motivation, oxytocin supports bonding and trust, and kissing has also been associated with lower cortisol in some studies. That combination can help explain why kissing can feel calming, exciting, and deeply connecting.

Here is what is happening underneath:

• Dopamine helps activate the brain’s reward system, contributing to excitement, motivation, and the “high” people can feel during romantic attraction.

• Oxytocin is involved in attachment and social bonding. Physical affection, including kissing and other intimate contact, may strengthen feelings of closeness between partners.

• Kissing has been linked with changes in cortisol, suggesting affectionate contact may help reduce physiological stress when the interaction feels safe and wanted.

• Heart rate and circulation can temporarily increase during kissing because of emotional arousal, similar to other forms of excitement.

• Kissing uses many facial muscles, but there is not strong evidence that kissing itself meaningfully increases facial collagen production or acts as an anti-aging treatment.

• Claims that kissing directly reduces body-wide inflammation, cures headaches, or substantially lowers blood pressure are much less established and should not be treated as proven benefits.

The interesting part is not that kissing is a miracle treatment. It is that something as simple as affectionate contact can activate several systems involved in reward, bonding, and stress at the same time. by @creative.flow.solutions

Since I reposted this one, I want to make a couple edits. Wash your hands after *being around* draining people 😂

And I’m not tagging other people to follow like it says in the bottom of number 5.

Other than that, this post is 👌🏻 by @creative.flow.solutions
