Last week @the_laundrette in Chorlton closed its doors for the very last time. This little bar on the corner of Beech Road was a huge part of my life for nearly 6 years where I lead on drink development for the group and made some truly incredible life long friends along the way. It was during this time I started to enter cocktail competitions and developed my own style and flair, I was allowed full creativity over the menus which grew my confidence and helped me make a bit of a name for myself in the industry 🍸 I got to work on so many exciting projects such as making our own ‘Soap Opera’ Gin to the first ever Deliveroo cocktail service outside of London - some of the best days of my life for sure. So nostalgic for these days (Not to mention the one or two after parties…!😅)
❤️ for The Laundrette always.

Some gorgeous images from a recent menu consultancy I’ve been working on in collaboration with @zindiyamoseley, Birmingham. The menu is a journey around India, through cocktails 🍸 🥭🌼 🇮🇳
