The Upstarts have wrapped four weeks of workshops and are officially ready for real-world briefs ✏️

Last night, the advertising cohort got to see the real journey of an ad through post-production at @raygunpost from sound and grade to the final VFX. Over the past month, they’ve also been welcomed by Lead Partner @coreirl to meet their mentor and ask anything about the industry. Programme Partner @tbwa_ireland shared Hannah and Kate’s journey from Upstarts to Cannes Gold. And @unthink_ie @together_we_create and @droga5dublin explored everything from creative process and visual rhetoric to anxiety and confidence.
