From first dribbles to varsity reps, there’s a spot for every player at CAS this fall. 🍁

Sunday Skills Class (K–11): the perfect intro to the game — dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, and coordination taught through fun, engaging drills.

Perfect for beginners! 🏀

Starting at 3:45, we’re getting the ball rolling with Skills Lab at both our Waterline and Soho location. This for all our 5th and 6th grade players who want to train with purpose and play with confidence!

Then later at Boys Player Development Lab (Gr 3–4): ball handling, shooting form, footwork, and defensive stance. Players learn the fundamentals and find their confidence.⛹️‍♂️

At 3:45PM, We have a Skills Class for all 3-4th graders at our Waterline location.

🎀Girls Player Dev Lab (Gr 3–7 at 4PM & Gr 8–11 at 5PM) is all about building skills in style through ball handling, scoring technique, spacing, defensive stances, and bball IQ.

Even if you’re new to the game or years of experience, every girl gets pushed to grow. 💪

Future Ballers (Gr 1–3) — dribbling, passing, intro to defense, all through fun challenges!

Basketball Foundations (Gr 2) — correcting form + learning the fundamentals that set the tone!

Scoring Lab (Gr 4–6) — creating space, attacking defenders, and game-speed shooting!

🧪Thursday Skills Lab (Gr 5–6): ball handling under pressure, finishing moves, and defensive footwork — sharpening the game one rep at a time.

📣Friday Dance + Cheer (K–5): motions, jumps, tumbling fundamentals, and showmanship — confidence that shows up off the court too.

Basketball for Breakfast (Gr 3–4 & 5–6):

Learning skill work.
Applying game concepts.
Live 4v4/5v5 play.

Skip the pancakes, get your reps in! 🥞

Players earn points for scoring, assists, rebounds, blocks — AND hustle, leadership, and sportsmanship.

Ten weeks, new teams every week.

Who will be crowned Season MVP? 🏆

Train 1-on-1, 2-on-1, or in a small group with a C.A.S. coach.

Sessions for players serious about long-term growth.

🏀 CAS HAMPTONS BASKETBALL CAMP IS BACK! 🏀

We’re back in the Hamptons for 3 weeks of hoops, sunshine, and skill development!
Our CAS Hamptons Summer Basketball Camp is built for players ages 6–14 | 3rd–8th Grade, with a focus on getting better, building confidence, and preparing for the fall season.

🔥 NEW: CAS Preseason Basketball Academy
For 9th & 10th Grade players looking for high-level skill development and a preseason tune-up.
