Hey y’all, it’s Chris.

First off, without my friends, loved ones, and therapy—I’m not making this post. I was in a truly dark place this year and I’m eternally and humbly grateful to all who gave me advice, love and support, and firm accountability.

A life of social isolation and being ostracized (which I’m currently unpacking) left me with a yearning for a social connection that I’ve never had. But I lacked the teaching and social cues/tools to ever have or maintain them in a healthy way. This hole in me lead me down into madness, leading me to compromise myself, my own boundaries, and that of others’, just to experience being seen and heard—all of which was/is NOT okay.

As much as I want to connect and have relationships with people, it can’t come at mine or anyone else’s expense. I genuinely have always wished to do no harm, to myself or others, and that’s why I’m making therapy a permanent part of my life. I want what’s in my heart to be given a real chance to shine and for my actions to match my intentions.

So moving forward: I’m starting fresh. In my life, on my social media, and everywhere else. I’m no longer who I once was, and with therapy apart of my life, I’m working towards the better me that I’ve always wanted to be. I promise to continue to do better, to be better, and to love myself as I always should’ve. Blessings to one and all. 🙏🏾❤️‍🩹

Black Women are f*cking GORGEOUS and there isn’t on my Friends List or on my Timeline that isn’t literal proof of that. Whether mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and/or physically—Black Women honestly are top tier! The original blueprint! 🤎✊🏾

The problem is, we live in a society right now where r*pe/SA, assault, DV, p*do activities, and all forms of oppression and exploitation aren’t deal breakers or enough to inspire outright violent revolution. People aren’t angry enough. THAT’S the start of part of the problem, too. None of this is okay or should be.
