Some of the greatest growth in my life has happened quietly.🤫 Away from the cameras. Away from the applause. Away from anyone knowing the work I was doing on myself.❤️‍🩹

I’m learning that healing isn’t about pretending you’ve arrived. It’s having the courage to be honest about where you are and choosing to keep becoming ANYWAY.

I’m not sharing this because I have all the answers. I’m sharing because I’m LIVING it.

Filmed before the championship😱😅…🏆🥇
And at the time, I genuinely thought I was losing my mind!😭

The entire #NYC was going crazy over the #NBA Finals…
and the man I was dating could not have cared less.🤦🏽‍♀️

When I first posted this pic 5 years ago, I recognized the halo that was covering my brother and I, which I knew was our mom, celebrating his birthday with us. YOU KNOW HOW YOUR PARENTS SAY THINGS THAT DON’T MAKE SENSE UNTIL YEARS LATER?🤦🏽‍♀️

Yeah…I’m currently having one of those moments.😭

As I was sitting here questioning my life choices, I heard my mother’s voice loud and clear.🥹

And if you stick around long enough, you’ll learn that ‘Mama Dee’ always had an opinion…especially when it came to her 1 and ONLY daughter’s dating choices with these 🥷🏽’s!! 😂

The crazy part? At the time, I thought she was reaching.
