What a night! We were busy with two exceptional workshops going on at the same time at the Small Arms Inspection Building.

Attendees slowed down, reconnected, and restored their senses through guided forest bathing and sound immersion led by Tina De Luca @stillnesswithtina in The Art of Presence. While others wandered, observed, and captured the rich autumn colours and textures during the Capture the Colours of Autumn Photography Workshop led by Aarthi Arunkumar @aarthi_arun_photo

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a memorable evening of mindfulness, creativity, and community! We can't wait to see you again at the hub.
