If you haven’t tried an Orange Tonic Espresso, save this immediately—it’s the ultimate refreshing summer drink.
Ingredients
Ice cubes (fill the glass)
150ml premium tonic water
40ml fresh orange juice (or a splash of blood orange syrup)
Fresh orange wheel & sprig of rosemary (for the aesthetic)
Double shot of espresso (or concentrated cold brew)
Step-by-Step
1. Pack a tall glass with ice.
2. Pour in the orange juice, then top with tonic water (leave room at the top!).
3. Slowly pour the hot double espresso over the ice to get that clean layered look.
4. Garnish with an orange slice and rosemary. Stir and enjoy the fizz!

In nature, there is no deadline or frantic timeline for the leaves to turn ; they simply know when it is time to let go. Autumn teaches us that we are not separate from the natural world, but a part of it. Just like trees shed what no longer serves them, we too must learn to drop our heavy, negative emotions. As we humans are evolving we are getting more disconnected from the universe and this disconnection is creating disease of greed, lust, hunger and biggest one is our ego.
We are forgetting that we are more the nature. The nature is not from us, this ego have become so superior that we don’t care about this world anymore.
Never forget that this nature is the supreme leader and nothing can sustain without it, so respect it, save it and create a lifestyle which is aligned with this universe. by @creativemonk_02
