POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

for my senior capstone project in high school, i created my first poetry book. it’s not perfect or even great, but it is good.
“commencement isn’t until the end of the year” intertwines the twelve months in a year and the twelve years of school to tell the story of innocence and growth. the purpose of this project was find clarity before graduation and to narrate my experience in school, using poetry as the mode of communication. all twelve poems attempt to explore the essence of this idea through each verse and coordinating drawing.
i was encouraged to share my story, so enjoy a few pages by @creativeoliv3
