Happy Earth Day, CGH folks! 🌎🌱

Saturday’s hike was so nourishing. We communed with the earth by walking bear-foot to our creative resting stop, made art inspired by everything around us, and shared different aspects of ourselves with the trees, the river and the land. We spoke and listened, and were in awe of the beauty of Spring unraveling before us.

Our next hike is at Prairie Oaks Metro Park this Saturday (4/20) from 11am-1pm! We’ll hike for 45 mins, stop for 30 mins at a secluded spot to create and share, and then finish the hike. We’ll meet in the parking lot at the following address:⁣
