Helping 18-25 year olds in the United Kingdom to grow their careers with @psaltrise began as a thought. Building a community of over 50’s and having an app to foster this began as a thought with @o5bmforum. A change in logo identity to better communicate a divine vision began as a thought with @kingdomempiremvmnt. A website which connects people across the world with decor for moments which matter most. This began as a thought with @balloonsbyvicki. Our services go beyond design. It’s to impact your world, industry and the people you do it for. What does it mean to you to have a new opportunity? Maybe provision for family? Freedom to do more? For @psaltrise, the team provide opportunity for young black talent across the UK aged 18 to 25. To them, it means breaking off the limitation placed on them. It means growing in confidence, having mentorship for accountability. It also means a new network and community. Through Psalt, we see hundreds of new talent access opportunities 🤩. For the Risers (talent within Psalt Rise), this means connecting with companies like Red Bull, Mondelez, Heineken and more who partner with Psalt ⚡. We’ve been glad to see the launch of this learning and community platform. Whilst leading the user experience design of the project, we delivered: Web app design 🌐 9 user interviews 👥 Market research and strategy 🔬 Hear from Sam Akinluyi, the founding partner of Psalt: “I’ve been really impressed by their creativity, energy, focus and his passion. I’ve seen how quickly they absorb information/context and then deliver a great creative solution.” ⚡ The impact made through Psalt’s new learning and community platform is set to be record breaking within the business.
