Some of my favorite few moments from the @creatorverseconference. Our crew briefly deliberates who would equip the Creatosaurus costume. @schubydoobert wins a well deserved Oscar, after delivering a T-Rex performance that would have Steven Spielberg packing up his directors chair. We then venture into the main area where Ryan / Ted Lasso / @jaxcreators kicks off some of the round table interviews. This was filmed with my @dji RS2 Pro and #canonr5c + @comica_audio VM30 wireless shotgun microphone. Edited primarily with #davinciresolve and further quick edits with #videoleap by @creatorverseconference

Thank you @artkwonstyle for taking the risk with me to put together an AI workshop, completely in spanish, during the @CreatorverseConference.Were there people who walked in thinking it was going to be in English, and walked out? YUP 🤣But, for the people who's first language is spanish, it was a blessing and appreciated. The AI landscape in my area is typically spoken in English. At times, different cultures and communities feel left out of the tech conversation here. Sometimes it may be due to leadership not having an authentic understanding on how it impacts or is utilized by other cultures. The AI adoption rate among Latino culture is about 25-30% higher than the average. (@danielaacosta.cre we gotta team up on @latinaceoclub soon!)I think when you truly make space for other people, you make space for their culture and their communities. Having somebody like Angela who authentically represents and understands the community and audience that NEEDED her knowledge was truly a victory for all of us.I would gladly take this risk again, and plan on incorporating more spanish, ASL, and other languages into our programs (we had a spanish "How to draw a pokemon" session last year during @drawtogetherjax Mini Fest that we plan on repeating this year) into our products.Gracias, Angela.📸 By @helloitsliphotography#jaxcreators #community #inclusion #authentic by @creatorverseconference

Having @acrofitjax / @acropanther at @creatorverseconference meant a lot. We've crossed paths many times in the past, accidentally, so to do something with intent with them meant something to me personally. 😅But also, having them there meant not only having a creator there that represents entreprenuership, but also representing just how varied we can be as creators.
