5•2•26 The Cave, Chapel Hill Thankful for my bandmates in @the_auxlry as they joined me for the last two songs of the Creeperwave set last weekend. Special thanks to Russell for creating opportunities for this project to grow from gigs to the studio. ✨🤘✨ I plan to release the first EP this year. I’ll set a date, likely in the fall season. I’m still hoping to find an experienced drummer with time and desire to dig in. Send recs, please! by @creeperwave

Thank you to the handful of folks who came out to the 2nd ever Creeperwave show. While hard to get folks out to a late Tuesday night show, it was a great step for this project. Playing @thecavenc is a rite of passage in our scene and I hope to return soon with a full band. 🤘 Special thanks for Justin @ravarymusic for allowing me to jump on this bill and thanks to @junestarband for being solid dudes with solid tunes! 📸 And to my band brotherrrr Russell @the_auxlry for the killer b&w photos at the beginning of this post! taken in The Cave by @creeperwave

3•28•25 The look, feel, tone and playability of a vintage guitar at a fraction of the vintage price. That’s the relic guitar formula. That’s what @nashguitars_official is all about. I am very lucky to have played and sold so many Nash Guitars when I was managing the SoundPure guitar shop in Durham from 2010-2014. A few years later, I was able to talk to Britton about spec’ing out my dream JM-63. Medium aging level on ash body, tort guard, @lollarpickups .. kept it stock for a while. Ripped out all the top guard-mounted electronics, and replaced the bridge and tailpiece with @masterybridge and @descendantvibrato 🙌 belt buckle managed to wear away even more finish on the back over the years. This thing breathes! I just love it. Experience the mojo at an upcoming show.. jo? 📸 @btmccarrell_rmh @ravenmediahouse by @creeperwave

3•28•25 This photo was taken during the 2nd song I played at the debut Creeperwave performance at Perfect Lovers in Durham, NC. I play a slower and fuzzier version of “tempest” by @ilovelucius up a whole step from the original. The capo is how I’m able to tell when the photo was taken. I’ve been working on this song for a while but it deserves a lil more work. I might record it. Would be fun to send it to them. They might get a kick out of it. 📸 @btmccarrell_rmh by @creeperwave
