What we mean when we say "From the high seas to your home." 🌊

We met on the last super yacht we both worked aboard. After years of traveling the world and serving to the highest standards in private hospitality, we wanted to build a life closer to family. Boston became home and the Crew Cleaning Group became our way of bringing everything we had learned at sea and on estates to the home owners who value that same level of care.

What we offer isn't just cleaning. its the peace of mind that comes from knowing your home is in the hands of professionals with a proven track record, built on trust, training , security, and above all, discretion. Follow along as we launch this May 2026. taken in Boston, Massachusetts, USA by @crewcleaninggroup

We spent years traveling the world on yachts like this one.

Funny how we ended up back in Boston taking the ferry into the city, passing the exact spot where the yacht we worked on used to be docked years ago.

Back then, we were working aboard yachts and in private estates around the world. Today, we’re coming back to that same spot, but this time we’re building and running a business of our own.

We never planned for the story to come full circle like this.

From traveling the world to building The Crew Cleaning Group right here in Boston.

Just getting started.

ASMR with the crew

Fine detailing done today. It truly is a blessing and a curse to see all of the debris between the grout lines, wrinkles in the sheets, and stuck on soap scum. When you’ve been a house keeper as long as we have you see everything!

The crew on vs. off the clock

Most days we are getting down to business but when we can we’re in to being sporty, or spending time with the family.

🧹 THE CREW CLEANING GROUP IS BUILDING OUR TEAM

PART-TIME CLEANING TEAM MEMBERS

Starting at $22/hour | W-2 Employment | Boston Area

We’re not quite ready to put everyone on the schedule yet — but we’re getting ready.

The Crew Cleaning Group is growing, and over the next several weeks we’re building our first core group of reliable cleaning professionals to work with us as we continue adding properties.

We’re currently accepting applications and getting to know potential team members so we can build our initial rotation and begin scheduling cleaners as our workload grows.

🏠 WHO WE ARE

We’re a husband-and-wife-owned company specializing in high-quality Airbnb, short-term rental, and residential cleaning throughout Boston.

Between the two owners, we have 12+ years of experience working directly for high-net-worth families and caring for some of the country’s most expensive private estates.

We’ve taken the standards of organization, presentation, attention to detail, and accountability required in luxury homes and built those same principles into our cleaning operation.

We work with well-maintained, high-quality Airbnb and short-term rental properties where cleanliness and presentation matter. taken in Boston, Massachusetts by @crewcleaninggroup

we believe your homes require an extra level of care. The products we choose depend on the material, finish, and manufacturer’s recommendations.

Real Hardwood Floors
We use pH neutral, wood safe cleaners designed to clean without leaving residue or unnecessarily stripping the finish. Minimal moisture, proper tools, and the right technique are everything.

Marble & Natural Stone
Marble is porous and acid sensitive, so we avoid harsh chemicals, vinegar, and acidic cleaners. We use stone safe, pH neutral products that clean while respecting the surface.

Stainless Steel
For stainless steel, we use products specifically formulated for the material to remove fingerprints, grease, and buildup without leaving a cloudy film or damaging the finish.

Because “clean” isn’t enough.
Your home deserves to be cleaned with the right product, for the right surface, using the right technique.

At Crew Cleaning Group, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to cleaning. We mix many of our own cleaning solutions in-house, carefully selecting formulas based on the material, finish, and needs of your home.

From natural stone and delicate wood to high-end fixtures and specialty surfaces, material consciousness is part of our standard.

So satisfyingggg🤭

That first initial dust on your vents? A @swiffer is one of our favorite tools for it.

The electrostatic fibers grab that loose layer of dust, hair, and debris sitting on the surface before we move on to a deeper clean. It helps prevent all that dust from getting pushed around or becoming airborne while we clean.

And yes… your vents NEED to be dusted. 🫣

Dust builds up on vent covers and can circulate back into your home every time your HVAC system runs. Regularly dusting them keeps your home looking cleaner, helps reduce buildup, and is one of those small details that makes a BIG difference in an overall clean.
