Yessss! The hilarious and uber-talented @boomboomhiller spoke on @siriusxm recently about his past as a social worker and how it fed into his work as a comic and creative. This hit home for me. You don't have to be one OR the other, because both lend beauty and skills to each and make me who I am, whether it's the healer or the clown😊#socialworker #therapist #mentalhealthadvocate #creatives #multipassionate #multitalented #voiceactress #avatarthelastairbender #avatarnetflix by @cricketleightalks

As a therapist, I have to remind myself of this too, that we must go toward the pain, because it’s an opportunity for TRANSFORMATION. And I want that. How about you? #therapist #therapistofinstagram #rumi #transformation by @cricketleightalks

Am I an actress or a therapist? I’m both. See my new play that highlights a story of school shooting in a small town and how the community faces the aftermath.
