Fun variant of the @ethanswanson tech that we’ve all been doing! 1in ledge was pretty tricky. Definitely felt harder than the actual NSC version but I think that’s just bc of ledge size.

Good luck to all the NSC championship finalists this weekend! by @crimpywilliam

Is it dumb or is it a good ninja idea?

A question as old as time itself. The best ninja obstacles come out of some really stupid ideas so I’m starting a little IG series for when my brain comes up with a dumb idea and my body gets to test it!

Haven’t put a talon on a disc before so that was the idea I got to test today. Stay tuned for the next one. It’s pretty dumb.

Fun thread from the other night—I’m still the worst at filming my own training but maybe I’ll get better at it.

Two more NSC’s to go! Super excited for ninja intensity and big time! Let’s get after it! by @crimpywilliam

Really got hyped up trying to land this line tonight. It’s not a movement that’ll ever show up in a comp but it made me happy and it was very silly.
Thanks for filming @thea_bia taken in Stamford Ninja Academy by @crimpywilliam

I’m going to win Vitality NSC…
… Fantasy, you mark my words, my team is the GOAT.

Cool that @ninjasportnetwork is experimenting with a fantasy league. Another fun way to enjoy ninja even without being at the comp. Anyways, I’ll be there this weekend. Looking forwards as always for the creative ideas and sketchy sends at Vitality

First comp I’ve done in a while. Happy to get first place at my home gym! Thanks @joemoravsky for the great course design and the Stamford crew for running an awesome event. I was coaching for the weekend so I got to compete at my home gym and went all out to get the fastest full clear. Was great to have @ramces_sw @tomralberti and @d_rex_racing pushing me with course clears of their own. And congrats @radical_ryley_soccerninja for getting first for the female elite and barely timing out at the last obstacle.

Honestly I’m just happy that I had an efficient plan and executed it without overthinking or letting any “pressure” get to me. I really tried to use the pressure as motivation this time.

Excited to compete at the first NSC of the season this weekend! Let’s bring it! by @crimpywilliam
