🌹 Rot wie meine Lieblingsfarbe 🐉
Schon irgendwie merkwürdig, wie das hier mein einziges Kleidungsstück in Rot ist… obwohl es doch meine absolute Lieblingsfarbe ist. 🤔

This journey has been a ride full of growth, purpose, and vision.
Let’s see where it leads next. 🕴🏽. 📸 from @_allefarbenundeine_

🐉10 minutes. That’s how much I improved in my second HYROX Geneva race — with just two weeks👀 between the events.
Every minute came from breaking down the last run: studying my pace, fixing technique, and finding the line between pushing hard and staying strong till the end.
Progress doesn’t happen by chance — it’s built, one rep at a time. taken in Genf Schweiz by @cris_dino

Hyrox Roma – what an experience 🐉
I love to push myself. For me it’s not only about strength and endurance, not only about discipline and sticking to the plan. It’s also about testing limits, finding new energy in the struggle, and proving to myself that I can go further than I thought.

Every race is a challenge. Every finish line is growth. And Rome… was special by @cris_dino
