Invest in yourselves, you are the best project you can invest in.

Your life is an investment, your health, your mind, your relationships with your creator, your happiness, your time , etc.

Stop running away from food.

A car on low fuel will not go far and neither will you.
You cannot lift heavy, have energy to function, etc without proper fuel.

And NO girls coffee isn’t enough, although sometimes that’s all we have time for.

Don’t be afraid of food. Develop a healthy relationship with food and you will be more than ok.

I do not track but I will be starting to soon,
I’m going into a calorie deficit to lose fat and define my muscle a bit.
