Thank God for Google Maps because directions in Bali are basically:

“Turn left at the temple, right at the coconut tree, go past the dog sleeping in the road… then somehow you’re there.” 😂🌴🛵

London after dark.

No rules. No restraint. No idea where the night ends.

Sweat on the walls. Bass in your chest. Someone you shouldn’t be looking at looking straight back.

Go deeper.

Lose your head.

Training with the Nigerian alien himself, Owolabi Gbenga 👽🇳🇬 @labi_great

Five years natural and built differently. An absolute beast in the gym, but one of the most humble and genuine guys you’ll meet. Nothing but power, intensity and good energy during this session. Iron sharpens iron! 💪🏽🔥

An absolute legend in the fitness world and a pleasure having him train with us. Different countries, same mindset: work hard, stay disciplined and never stop evolving.

Welcome to the Sanctuary, Chestbrah 💪

Every journey begins with a first step.

This month, I’ll be releasing AFTERLIGHT - the debut EP record from EMPYR RISE.

This project represents countless hours of writing, producing, learning, and refusing to settle until it felt right. Every track carries a piece of that journey.

I don’t expect everyone to connect with it, but if these songs resonate with even a few people, then they’ve already done what they were meant to do.

AFTERLIGHT is the first chapter of something JUSTICE and I have been building with purpose, and I’m grateful to finally share it.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported us along the way. Your encouragement has meant more than you know.

AFTERLIGHT arrives this month.

The journey begins here.
