Why does Crispy Ho have NO seed oils?

Many seed oils are highly processed and have been linked to inflammation and other chronic health issues.

Instead, we use avocado oil, which is rich in heart-healthy fats and antioxidants that can help support healthy cholesterol levels, blood pressure, and overall wellness.

600+ guests. Two incredible venues. One epic Anime Expo Industry Bash. 🔥🎌

Last Friday, my @wokstarcatering team and I had the honor of catering for @tingenism at both the Japanese American National Museum (@jamuseum ) and The Museum of Contemporary Art (@moca) during Anime Expo.

Our interactive Made-to-Order Asian Nacho Bar was the star of the night! Guests built their dream nachos by choosing from caramelized pork belly, garlic shrimp, grilled Asian chicken, or Kobe beef, then piled on kimchi, crispy garlic, edamame, Asian salsa, and our fave chili crisp - @crispyho_official 🌶️🥢

The grand finale? Our sous chefs melted the cheese with mini blow torches right before guests’ eyes for a fiery finish that had everyone reaching for their phones. 🔥📸

There’s nothing we love more than turning food into an experience.

Huge thanks to @tingenism @moniroache for trusting us with this unforgettable event, and to my amazing Wok Star team for serving over 600 guests with creativity, precision, and lots of heart. ❤️

The viral Trader Joe’s dumpling bake feat. @crispyho_official ‘s Chili Crunch 😍 This meal has become a staple in my house, as it is so easy and perfect for busy weeknight dinners!

I loved the addition of the spice and crunch this time! It completely brought the dish together! Crispy Ho’s Chili Crunch is not your typical chili oil. It contains bits of crispy garlic and shallots, and is made with non-GMO avocado oil! Thanks @crispyho_official for sending along a sample! Its totally addicting and I can’t wait to put it on everything 😍🙂‍↕️

Ingredients used in this recipe are in the last slide! One of the things I love about this recipe is that you can really make it your own and use any vegetables you have in your kitchen. Let me know if you give it a try!

Meal prepping a massive dumpling lasagna

I know I’m super late to this but…. It’s SO worth making + we made it MASSIVE 🥟
(I also needed to clear out my drafts)

Most people use chicken and pork but we used what we had, this is actually a great way to use up a lot of things hiding in your fridge.

We didn’t really follow a recipe, more just made a standard dumpling filling with what we had. Then, just loaded up a tray pan with all the ingredients and hoped for the best.

I promise that even if you can’t cook, you can make this. Start small, then go from there !

NEXT , I wanna try this with rice paper rolls to make it gluten free🫶😍

Cocktails w/ Nico • Episode 38

Dumpling Martini 🥟🍸

• 2-3oz Gin (or Vodka)
• 1/2oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/4oz Rice Vinegar
• Bar spoon of Clear Soy (white/light soy is fine)

Shake in @elevatedcraft 💎 Edition shaker until chilled & properly diluted then double strain into a martini/ coupe glass 🍸

Garnish with @crispyho_official & some thinly sliced scallions for a very savory martini moment!
