Our wedding video is much longer, but I just wanted to share a few snippets from my favorite day with my favorite person. It’s crazy to think this was only a year ago—and yet so much has changed! Some changes have been good, some not so good, but change is inevitable, and I’m so thankful to have you by my side. I wouldn’t want to do life without you, and I feel so lucky to share this journey with you. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us!

Last week, Viv and I celebrated 10 years together. 🤍

10 years.

2016–2026.

How is that possible when 2016 still feels like it was just last year?

The moment I heard this song, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it. This reel is just a small glimpse into 10 years of laughter, adventures, travel, love, and building a life together.

I feel so incredibly lucky to have spent the last decade by her side, and even luckier knowing we’re just getting started.

Blessing your timeline with a reminder that Pride isn’t just for one month, and love is what makes a family. 🌈

The past year has been such a whirlwind: from IVF, to our embryo transfer, to finally seeing that positive test. 💕

We held our pregnancy close for a while, quietly sharing the news with friends and family last June and capturing some of their reactions. It was such a special little secret to keep for a while.

We never ended up doing anything with these videos, but they felt too meaningful not to share. Seemed fitting to finally turn them into a Mother’s Day reel.

Note: I didn’t realize that when you screen recorded on FaceTime, it doesn’t record the audio!

Y’all, APRIL FLEW BY!

Our baby girl turned 4 months on 4/23, right as FIESTA was starting! This month we’ve seen her really start to excel at tummy time (thanks to Mommy Viv), and her personality is beginning to shine, as you can see here!

She’s also very excited to grab faces and hair (don’t get too close 😂), and loves to self-soothe by “aaagghhhhhhh-ing.”

When I was pregnant, we called her MJB (Mexican Jumping Bean), and she definitely still is! 🫘 taken in San Antonio, Texas by @crissyrenee
