We may be a little past Men’s Mental Health Month, but caring for our nervous systems doesn’t have an expiration date.

This 15-minute Nervous System Reset Stretch Routine, facilitated by Nick Boyd, was created as a simple invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and release some of the stress we carry without realizing it.

Whether you’re navigating work, caregiving, fatherhood, relationships, or simply the demands of everyday life, these gentle stretches and intentional breathing practices can help you move from tension toward regulation.

This practice is for everyone, but we especially want to continue encouraging the men in our community to remember that wellness isn’t just about pushing through. It’s also about creating moments to pause.
