FORTY. ❤️

Today, I step into a new decade.

And forty looks like faith, femininity, confidence and complete surrender to God.

There is something beautiful about arriving at an age where you give yourself permission to fully embrace the woman you are.

I embrace my femininity.
My softness and my strength.
My confidence.
My imperfections.
My evolution.
And every version of me that had to exist to bring me to this woman.

At 40, I don't feel the need to shrink, explain or become anyone other than who God created me to be.

And through every season, one thing has remained constant: God.

He has preserved me.
Carried me.
Corrected me.
Protected me.
Loved me.
And extended grace to me more times than I could ever count.

So it feels only right that the first thing I do at 40 is worship.

Because 40 years of life is a gift.
40 years of grace is a testimony.
And this next chapter belongs to Him.

I'm walking into it grateful.
I'm walking into it confident.
I'm walking into it fully myself.

Happy 40th Birthday to me. ❤️

“Lord, what can I give You in return for all You have done for me? Today, my heart is simply full of thanksgiving.

Psalm 116:12-13, 17
