NO REMORSE.

no mask.
no excuses.
no apologies.

cuffs on my wrists.
middle fingers in the air.
still got more freedom in my attitude than they could ever take away.

you can lock up my hands.
good luck shutting me up.

We were only supposed to take a walk by the lake. Skip a few stones, mess around, laugh together.

I saved the box for later. Her name on the shoes, a little color for colder days. Of course, she had to try everything on immediately. 😂

But her face when she opened it, and the hug that followed? I’ll remember those. 🖤

LAST ROUND.

pulled up for one drink.
stayed for the music.
lost track of how many rounds.

bad decisions.
good people.
loud music.
and a little trouble.

some nights you just gotta turn your brain off and let the good times roll.

same bike.
same attitude.
one hell of a night.

TOO LONG AWAKE.

forgot the dreams.
paid the price.
made peace with the pain.

the moon knows me better than the sun ever will.

too much darkness in my veins.
too many scars beneath the surface.
too many nights without sleep.

but here’s the thing about a heart that’s been through hell…

it still beats.

faithful to the bay.
faithful to the silence.
faithful to what’s left behind.

some places don’t stop meaning something
just because the crowd is gone.

ruins, echoes, red walls,
and me standing where all that noise used to live.

this one felt like memory, pride and decay
all at the same time.

THE LAST BELL.
PART II — WHAT REMAINS.

thought this place was forgotten.

broken windows.
empty pews.
a flower that shouldn’t be there.
memories that never really left.

turns out the bell was just the wind.

funny how i came looking for an answer
and ended up finding a little peace.

guess some things are worth getting lost for.

THE LAST BELL.

no destination.
no plans.
just cold asphalt and a head full of noise.

somewhere between nowhere and nothing,
i heard something calling.

found an old church.
left the engine outside.
walked through the door.

some places don’t need an invitation.

LAST CREDIT.

found an abandoned arcade.
lost one game.
took that personally.

a few bad decisions and way too many tries later…

walked out with a pink duck.

worth it?
absolutely.

summertime sadness.

you’re the fire in my chaos.
the peace in my head.
the reason even the worst days feel worth living.

some days we fall apart.
some days we laugh until nothing else matters.

and somehow, with you,
years feel like a day.

my favorite kind of forever. 🖤

ALL OF ME

Some pieces stay with me.
Some I leave along the way.
All of them belong to my story.

I don’t know where this road leads.
For now, I’m good with walking it.

I am enough.

no adult supervision.
one truck. zero directions.
a stolen map, a useless tent,
and a flamingo nobody asked for.

worst roadtrip planning ever.
10/10 would do it again.
