@consciousfitness how’s that HSPU been coming bro?

He’s the best vegan coach in the business so many results for vegans around the world.

If you want any semi-advanced calisthenic skill how you train what progressions you do is everything form is honestly secondary.

The number one mistake I see people make is simply getting too, caught up and focusing on the wrong things. If you did the right progression and exercises the right way for you you’d already be where you wanna be.

Is this the most effective way to get your muscle-up

The amount of people o used to see stuck on this skill still amazes me to this day.

The muscleup should be broken down into two simple parts two separate times.

The bottom and top of the movement and 2 exercises to fix it.

High pull ups and straight bar dips..

Then you just need to learn the technique to nail your first one by @crobbyrob

Having a newborn is tough!!! Don’t get me wrong and you’re going to have to go through moments where things don’t go as planned.

You’re not going to be perfect but the the only way to improve is to keep going forward you have to push yourself and adapt.

Learning how to make the most of the small time you do have, leaning on each other to help each other out.

Use your children as fuel to improve not as excuses to hold yourself back.
