Hi! Let me introduce myself to you!

My name is Steffi and I'm 37 years old. My crocheting journey started in 2024. My fav colour is green and in my teens half of my clothes were green. Now my fav clothes are black (like my soul muahahaha)
I live in an apartment with my partner and two cats.

I'm from Austria and speak German and English. My fav music is indie and alternative. But I also like other genres.
I'm a fan of Disney and Tim Burton. As a child I wanted to be a mermaid like Ariel. My fav seasons are Fasching (carnival) and Halloween. I also like to dress up.

What more can I say? I'm a tea and coffee drinker. I love chocolate. I really love chocolate 😋 I'm a chocolate addict. My fav meals are from Austria and Italy. I have 3 siblings - I'm the 3rd child. I had many different hair colours. Now they are dark red. I collect FunkoPop.

Now you know me a little bit better. 😊
Have a nice day!☀️ by @crochteffi

Strickjahr? Lass es mich in den Kommentaren wissen⬇️

❤️

Another painting is finished. It's darker than my first one. If you know depression and darkness, you may love this painting. It's hard to picture depression. But I wanted to show a facet of it.

What are you thinking about it? by @crochteffi

This time I painted something instead of crocheting.
This project taught me, that painting can be super relaxing and it must not be flawless.

What are you thinking about this painting? Which hobbies do you have? Let me know 🤗 by @crochteffi

Woven bag

Look at this beauty! It's a woven bag and I had a lot of fun to make this. If you want to learn a new technique, this one is super easy.

I bought the kit from @craft.club.co

Stingray

Do you know the movie "Finding Nemo"?
The movie inspired me to crochet a stingray.

Maybe you'll see some fishes in the next time🤭

I finished my first cardigan! 🤩

Pattern by @hobbii.de
Yarn: Tea Time Halloween (Limited edition) colour 06 pumpkin patch from Hobbii

The yarn is so pretty. I love the colours. I love how easy it is to work with this yarn. And I'm glad to tried out steam blocking. It was so easy.

Can't wait until autumn to wear it proudly and to say "thank you, I made it"!

Do you prepare for autumn and winter too? Which projects will you crochet/knit?

International cat day

This adorable cat left us in 2023. I still miss him so much. He was my soul cat. This is the last picture of him, before he slipped away. His name was Gizmo.

If you're still reading this, post your cat in the comments⬇️ 🤗
