POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After years of leading yoga and New Age retreats, I laid it all down to follow Jesus fully.
I closed my studio.

Canceled two sold-out retreats.
And stepped into a new season one rooted in Biblical truth.

This is my reintroduction.
A quiet rebuild. A bold surrender.
If you’re feeling the tug too… you’re not alone.

I’ve also been spending more time over on Substack writing the stories that don’t fit in a square.
The behind-the-scenes, the prayers I never posted, the raw unfiltered process of walking away from what once defined me.
It’s a space to go deeper. To process in real-time. To share the slow, sacred shift.

If you’re curious what this journey looks like..
Come sit with me there.

Testimony with @nourishthyneighbor

Sarah was kind enough to share her testimony with me - her experience teaching Holy Yoga, the questions that slowly began stirring in her heart and how the Lord gently led her in a different direction.

I’m really grateful for her honesty and her willingness to share her story. This isn’t about shaming anyone who still practices yoga. My hope is simply to create a space where we can listen, ask questions, and seek the Lord with open hearts.

“Test everything; hold fast what is good.”

Getting to spend a whole month in Japan with Teddy has been so much fun. We have had so many little adventures, and I love watching him get excited about everything around him, from the fish to the bugs to every little creature he sees.

I just hope as he grows up, he learns to notice those things and understand that the little lives God created matter too. I hope he learns to be gentle with them and care about them.

For now, we’re just having fun, feeding fish, finding bugs, and making lots of memories.

Okay this is actually so fun

You can post pictures in the comments now so show me your sky.

A sunset you pulled over for. A rainbow. Storm clouds. Something weird. Something beautiful. That random sky picture in your camera roll you still love.

Drop it below because I really want to see them.

I have been up to something SO cool! 😍

I’m co-creating something new with my friend Hilda @faunainthefoothills 💃💃 and I need a few of my animal-loving people for this one. 👀

It’s called Creeping Things Podcast, and I would love a few of you to be part of it while we’re still right at the beginning.

The idea is super simple: pick one episode and put it on while you’re folding laundry, washing dishes, driving somewhere, cleaning the house… whatever you’re already doing. And actually, we’ve already had one person tell us it’s the perfect podcast to listen to while getting stuff done and I ove that. 😂

I’ll send you a few questions before you listen and then afterward you’ll send us your feedback.

And the fun part? You’ll officially be one of our OG Creeplings 🤣 and part of the little group helping us shape Creeping Things from the start. 🕷️🖤

And as a little thank-you, we’ll gift you one month of our Patreon. 🎁

If you want in private message me and I’ll send you everything! Promise it's super easy.

And if you know someone who loves animals, critters, reptiles, bugs, or all the overlooked little creatures out there, please send this post their way. 👇

Let’s find our OG Creeplings. 🖤

Been a little busy over here 👀🇯🇵

Working on the next TWO episodes of Creeping Things Podcast, researching animals, saving approximately 900 creatures I now need to own to create my own mini zoo😂 and somehow turning a vacation in Japan into one giant creature hunt to teach Teddy about all Gods amazing animals.

This little podcast has quickly become one of my favorite things to work on. Hilda and I have so much fun recording together and I swear every episode sends me down another rabbit hole.

We have two really fun episodes coming and I cannot wait for you guys to hear them. 🕷️🐸

Also… pretty sure my animal bucket list has doubled since starting this podcast. 😂

Somewhere along the way, I got so caught up in “self-healing” that I lost myself. Finding Jesus made life a whole lot simpler.

Now give me my Bible, the outdoors, and a house full of little creatures. 🦋🕷️
