Happy Monday! Are you ready for a new gym routine yet? Join us as we transition this week to prepare for #PRVN Ares Cycle that begins next week. 💪

“It’s not a question of how much work it will take, how much suffering will be involved, or how fast the results will come. It’s about committing to the grind every day.”

Schedule a No Sweat Intro today to get a walk through of our facility and let our certified coaches answer any @crossfit questions you may have! #weightloss #abs by @crossfitlandrush

TRUTH 💣 Sometimes not getting a workout in isn’t a time management problem, it’s a priority issue. If you decide that lifting weights, being in community, getting sweaty and pushing yourself in the gym is a top 5 priority in life, you’ll be in the gym more often and see great benefits. That’s a guarantee at CrossFit Landrush! So, stop reading this and book yourself a No Sweat Intro this morning. DECIDE YOUR PRIORITIES and stick with them!

What are your kids seeing you do each day? They are watching you! 👀 Do they see you creating healthy habits, doing hard things and challenging your body? These things matter and we love helping parents get on track with their health. Way to go Serena for showing your daughters how to do hard things! 💪

Want a deeper squat? 🏋️‍♂️

Don’t just force it. Address what’s limiting you.

Try these 3:

1️⃣ Band Knee Flexion Mobilization 10x3sec hold
Improve knee mobility if tightness is limiting your depth.

2️⃣ Slow Negative Heel Raises x10
Build ankle mobility and control to improve dorsiflexion.

3️⃣ Loop Band Squats 2x10
Actively drive the knees out to open the hips and access more depth.

Better mobility + better control = better positions.

Save this for your next squat session. 👊

The goal is simple… be better than yesterday. Never stop working! Discipline over motivation every time. 💪

Huge congratulations 🎉 to Zach @wwdadbodww who recently won a spot with the Las Vegas Venom @unitedgridleague 💪 Zach will compete on October 3rd & 4th in Lakeland, Florida!

For months we have seen Zach’s consistency, work ethic and great attitude in our gym. Not only that, but he loves his family and stays humble while completely crushing wods. If you’d like to help our athlete offset the competition costs, check out his Venmo to support! 💪

We are so proud of you Zach!
