“It started right here on the South Shore of Long Island. What began as a backyard hobby has become a local legend, built on patience, hard work, and respect for the craft. It’s Texas-style BBQ with a true Long Island soul. You’ll find them serving up smoky perfection from the beaches across Fire Island, your favorite local brewery, and beyond. This isn’t just BBQ. It’s the South Shore’s own. This is Crossroads Que.”

This past weekend was something special. Being a part of the first JAM Fest was an unbelievable experience. The Kismet community welcomed us on both land and sea for a day we will never forget. Thank you to all who made this day possible.

Brisket is king! When cooking this tough piece of meat, we allow the wood fire to break down the fat perfectly over 10 plus hours. The salt and pepper rub turns into a beautiful black bark that retains all the juices till we slice for sammies or plates. We believe cooking briskets the Texas way is the only way for us.

Our favorite holiday is around the corner. Thanksgiving pre-order menu is live on our website. All orders are served chilled with reheat instructions ready for pick up on Wednesday November 25th.

If you haven’t enjoyed the smoked turkey breast yet you are missing out. No dry birds here, simply seasoned and smoked with oak splits for a memorable juicy bite. Keep an eye for turkey specials on our weekend menus!

Message us with any early requests for Friendsgivings or questions. Head over to crossroadsque.con to place your order.

What started with a smoker, then a food truck has continued to grow into something bigger than we could have imagined.

This summer was our best yet — more events, more catering, more people eating our BBQ, and more reasons to keep pushing forward.

But the vision has always been bigger.

We’ve been working, planning, building, and getting ready for the next chapter of Crossroads Que.

🔥 The fire is growing.
🔥 The vision is becoming reality.
🔥 And there’s a whole lot more coming.

Thank you to everyone who has eaten with us, booked us, followed along, told a friend, or supported us along the way.

This is only the beginning. Did we mention we offer catering?!?!

It’s been almost a month but we can’t forget about a very special night of music, BBQ, and a beautiful Montauk sunset.

Our team didn’t manage to capture a single photo of the food — and we’ll take that as a good sign. Nonstop lines for hours kept us moving from start to finish for @brandicarlile concert.

Glad we took the ride all the way to the end. Nights like this are what summer is all about. A summer highlight for sure.

Big thanks to our crew for absolutely crushing it and to everyone who stopped by for some BBQ. 🔥🤘

Montauk, you were one for the books.

Great BBQ starts with great fire.

We source local oak wood from the best distributors we can find. The right wood gives us clean, consistent heat and smoke that complements the meat instead of overpowering it.

No shortcuts. No hiding behind sauce. Just quality oak, time, fire, and well-seasoned meat.

Consistency is the goal — every cook, every brisket, every day.
