Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Crosstown community, we officially met and exceeded our goal by raising $32,732.24 through the Yeti Fund during the 2025-2026 school year!

Because of your support, we funded:

✨Overnight camping trips for our Great Outdoors APEX
✨Professional learning travel to a national competency-based conference for teacher leaders
✨ Campus safety improvements

Now, we are setting our sights higher for the 2026-2027 school year with a new goal of $40,000. You can help us make an even greater impact by setting up a monthly recurring gift ($10, $15, or $50/month) or by making a one-time contribution.

Continuing our Cohort 4 appreciation, ER partnered with @crosstownhigh of Memphis, Tennessee to support active changes in the school ecosystem. Their goal? To have 85% of students feel a greater sense of belonging at Crosstown. 📈

Belonging is just as essential to the culture at Crosstown as it is at Eagle Rock. By empowering students and creating an inclusive environment, the Changemaker Cohort pair amplified feelings of belonging at Crosstown to achieve their goal.

We’re grateful to have worked alongside such a dynamic and strong school. Helping someone belong isn’t a first step; it’s a constant one. 🧩

There’s just something special about the first day. 💛

The hallways are full again. Classrooms are buzzing with questions, conversations, and plenty of first-day energy. Students are reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new ones, and beginning to find their place in the community.

And through it all, learning has already begun, not just in lessons and activities, but in listening to one another, building relationships, trying something new, and discovering what it means to belong.

It was a good first day. We’re glad our students are here, and we can’t wait to see where this year takes us. 📚✨

School may be out for the summer, but learning continues abroad. 🇩🇴

More than 20 Yetis spent part of their summer exploring the Dominican Republic, gaining new perspectives, making memories, and experiencing a different part of the world together.

At @crosstownhigh, students aren't just learning about the real world. They're working in it. Through their Work-Based Learning program, Memphis students are landing internships, apprenticeships, and paid jobs while still in school, building the communication skills, confidence, and real-world experience that no textbook can teach. And the best part is that employers say it's super easy to get involved.

Lily Woods, a Crosstown High senior, has been working at @churchhealthymca for over a year, doing work that actually matters to her. She's not waiting until after graduation to make an impact.

From powerful words shared by our commencement speakers Kate and RJ, to the steady wisdom of Mr. Stuart, proud families, and tight embraces — graduation was a moment filled with reflection, gratitude, and hope.
