Here I am. Moving 180km is exhausting. My back hurts. by @crowleyshound

It was the best of times,
it was the worst of times.

Closing another door, another chapter. It's the feeling of closing a book, the journey is over, and you're not sure if you'll meet these characters again. There will be more books, but no story will be the same.

This has been my longest private place of residence. I moved into my first apartment in 2019, moved into my second apartment in 2022 and into this apartment the same year. This place saw joy and laughter, crying, and loss and grief. This is the last place I have shared with Balboa.

Something completely new is beginning. There was a time with Balboa, and now there's a time after Balboa. I have no idea where this is going or what it'll be like, all I can do is go see for myself. I'm hoping to find new purpose, and maybe fall in love again. by @crowleyshound

Moving aesthetics

This has been my longest-time apartment and the last of my homes that Balboa has touched. In six days I'll be gone and somewhere he has never been.

I haven't seen you in my dreams in a while. I hope you're off doing something more fun, I'll see you later. #jackrussellterrier #balboa by @crowleyshound

My first time seeing Balboa's grave in the greenness of summer. It's incredibly serene. #petdeath #jackrussellterrier #balboa by @crowleyshound

I find myself thinking about how unfair it is that summer is coming around again, but Balboa isn't here to enjoy it anymore. I have to remind myself he probably wouldn't be able to enjoy himself if he was still here. Eight months without him. #petdeath #grief #jackrussellterrier #balboa by @crowleyshound
