They’re not vendors. They’re PARTNERS. More than 20 years ago, the Crown Council made an intentional decision: The companies that support our members should be more than businesses selling products and services. They should be partners!

Our Resource Partners are part of the Crown Council community. They come to the Annual Event not simply to exhibit, but to build relationships, share solutions, teach in our Lunch & Learn sessions, contribute their expertise, and help our members succeed. by @crown_council

For more than 30 years, the Crown Council has brought together some of the brightest minds and most successful teams in dentistry. But the real power of this community isn’t in the number of people in the room. It’s in the connections, the conversations, and the willingness to share what makes us successful.

Whether it’s at our Annual Event, through our email network, or in small mastermind groups, we’re constantly learning from one another, sharing what works, challenging each other, and holding each other accountable.

We believe in the Law of the Harvest: The more you give, the more you receive. And when successful people are willing to help others succeed, everyone grows. by @crown_council

At the 2026 Crown Council Annual Event, Tatiana from Tyson Peterson Dental in Logan, Utah, shared a simple but powerful mindset shift: Find the JOY in the little things!

The daily interactions. The small victories. The moments that remind us why we love what we do. ❤️

Sometimes creating a Culture of Success starts with simply recognizing the good that’s already happening around us. by @crown_council

One of the most powerful ways to build a Culture of Success is to recognize the people who make it possible! At the Crown Council Annual Event, Recognition Night is more than an awards ceremony. It’s an opportunity to celebrate outstanding team members, honor their contributions, and inspire others to reach even higher.

Who on your team deserves to be recognized? Don’t miss the opportunity to nominate them for recognition at the 2027 Annual Event in Nashville!

When we recognize excellence, we inspire more of it. That’s how we Create a Culture of Success®! by @crown_council

Our incredible Smiles for Life humanitarian team is in Chiapas, Mexico, sharing their time, talents, and hearts with communities in need. We’re grateful for these dedicated volunteers who are making a difference! by @crown_council

Some of the best learning at the Crown Council happens when we learn from each other! When you bring together some of the very best in dentistry, everyone has something valuable to share. Ideas, experiences, successes, and lessons learned are openly shared by people who genuinely want to help each other succeed 🦅 by @crown_council

One of the most powerful moments at the Crown Council Annual Event is recognizing the people and practices who are doing extraordinary things!

Recognition reinforces the behaviors, values, and achievements that build a Culture of Success®. And there’s nothing quite like standing on stage, being celebrated by your peers, and sharing that recognition with your team.

What gets recognized gets repeated!

Come celebrate success, recognize excellence, and be inspired by the very best in dentistry at the Crown Council Annual Event! by @crown_council

We’re kicking off the 2027 Crown Council Annual Event with an unforgettable night at Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium! Join us January 28, 2027, for The Gift of Music, an incredible celebration featuring Nashville’s own musical talent, a whole lot of fun, and a powerful purpose. We’re filling the Ryman with the Crown Council community for a night of music. Best of all, proceeds will benefit the Smiles for Life Foundation and local Nashville charities. by @crown_council

You don’t have to build a Culture of Success alone. One of the greatest parts of the Crown Council Annual Event isn’t just what happens on stage. It’s the people sitting next to you.

Dentists and team members from across the country come together to share ideas, learn from one another, build relationships, and work ON the practice, not just IN the practice.

Culture is built by design or by default and the best practices don’t leave it to chance. They invest in their people. They improve the patient experience. They strengthen their teams. They learn from others who are committed to doing the same. by @crown_council

Recognition matters. At our Annual Event, we celebrated with the Pearl Award—recognizing individuals and teams whose actions, attitudes, service and achievements were worth celebrating and emulating. There’s a simple principle behind recognition: What gets recognized gets repeated.

When we take the time to notice someone doing something great—and then celebrate it—we’re doing more than handing out an award. We’re showing everyone around us what matters. We’re reinforcing our values. We’re building culture.

Great team members deserve to be recognized. Great attitudes deserve to be recognized. Service, leadership, kindness, growth and going the extra mile deserve to be recognized. That’s what made the Pearl Awards so much fun. We had the opportunity to shine a light on some remarkable people who make everyone around them better. by @crown_council

Some of the most meaningful experiences in the Crown Council happen far outside the walls of the dental practice.

Each year, funds raised through the Smiles for Life Whitening Program help support four humanitarian trips to the Dominican Republic and Mexico—giving Crown Council doctors and team members the opportunity to serve together and provide much-needed dental care to communities in need.

It’s an opportunity to do good together, strengthen your team, experience dentistry in a completely different way, and bless the lives of people who need it most. Join us! by @crown_council

The Annual Event has always been about more than speakers, CE, or a few days away from the practice. It’s about bringing great people together—teams who want to grow, leaders who want to learn, and friends who remind each other that none of us have to do this alone.
