My planning era started way before Crown… think high-school Courtney running a chaotic-but-magical talent show and realizing how much I loved turning ideas into moments people remember🪄

Fast forward to today: Crown Coordination is a hospitality-driven, joy-filled team bringing celebrations to life all across the country. Our coordinators, assistants, and bartenders show up ready to make your day feel intentional, effortless, and unforgettable🎉

One of the best parts of this job is getting to know what matters to people.

The grandma who absolutely needs to be included.
The song your dad has been waiting all night to hear.
The tiny detail you almost didn't tell us about.
The thing you say once that we somehow remember six months later.

That’s the stuff we hold onto, because planning isn't just knowing what is happening.. it’s knowing why it matters!

Mary and Ray met more than 20 years ago, before dating apps and social media, in a chatroom. They talked for a full year before Mary drove 7 hours to meet Ray in person. They hit it off, moved in together almost immediately, and built a home and a family together.

In 2019, Ray asked Mary to marry him at the 9/11 Memorial. They said “I do” surrounded by a small group of family and friends, never imagining how much those vows would come to mean just a few years later.

In 2024, stomach pain Mary thought was an ulcer turned out to be stage IV cancer. She entered a clinical study and endured 11 difficult months of chemotherapy and immunotherapy, treatment so hard that parts of the past year are simply gone from her memory.

When it stopped working, her doctors moved her to a new regimen. Today, she continues treatment every two weeks, doing everything she can for more time with the people she loves.

Through all of it, Ray has been beside her. Their life isn’t defined by cancer. It is filled with what has always mattered most: close friends, camping trips, family time, and their granddaughter. 🤍

It was such an honor playing a small role in their love story. We’re so thankful for the incredible team of vendors who came together to love on Mary and Ray with their creativity, generosity, and kindness.

Meghan & Dylan 🤎 09.26.26

A true small-world love story. They had known of each other for years through family and friends, but it wasn’t until a spontaneous night in August 2022 that the timing was finally right.

Three years later, Dylan proposed on their favorite trail while walking their dogs, followed by an impromptu celebration with their families at Meghan’s parents’ home.

And this weekend, we got to capture the next chapter of their story in that very same place.
