***UPDATE 4/9***I received my order. AFTER A MONTH! Also I want to say thank you to @redarc_electronics! After being tagged in this OP they reached out to me and assured they would make sure I was made whole!I rarely EVER do this but I feel this community should be a community of transparency and accountability. March 7th I ordered an inverter from @super_outfitters @super_overland . After seeing no progress for a couple weeks I started to wonder what was wrong with my order. When I purchased the inverter it was a decent deal probably the cheapest on the internet at the current time. When I contacted the company I was told the reason it hadnt been shipped was there was a price discrepancy and it would have to be “approved” to be shipped. Next I asked for proof of shipment now that the item was approved to be sent to me. They sent me the UPS tracking number (PICTURED ABOVE) and shocker it was a INVALID shipping number. I then proceed to contact super overland to sort it out and they blamed it on their 3rd party shipping company.In the last week of March I called and emailed an excessive amount of times and there was excuse after excuse with nothing being done on their end. No communication on how to correct the shipping and I was now being told that the shipper “lost” my package and I would have to wait for them to confirm the package being “lost” before they sent out another item.So here we are in the month of April and approaching a month since the initial order. My thoughts are they are hoping I get frustrated enough to CANCEL my order and they don’t have to sell it to me at the lower price. I have no idea what is happening!This company stated they are a “small company” and they’re working through things but if you’re going to be in business and taking peoples hard earned money be a company who puts their customers first and stand behind your word!My hopes is to inform this community about the experience I’m having and if you’re thinking about ordering through this company to think twice. Also @redarc_electronics this company is selling your product and not delivering! WILL UPDATE THIS POST IF THERE IS ANY CHANGE IN THE COMPANIES PRACTICES. by @cruiserkawa
