FOR SALE
When we bought BECKSIDE COTTAGE, we didn't simply renovate a neglected Grade II listed property, we built the life we had always imagined. Restoring every building on the site, creating the gardens and converting the barns into two successful holiday cottages.
In recent years Stewart has faced significant health challenges, including treatment for Hodgkins Lymphoma. More recently, he has been diagnosed with a rare progressive muscle-wasting disease affecting only around 500 people in the UK. While he remains remarkably positive, the diagnosis has forced them to make difficult decisions while they are still able to do so.
Selling Beckside Cottage is not about leaving a house.
It is about passing on years of creativity, resilience and care to someone who will write the next chapter.
Ours is a story about craftsmanship, sustainability, imagination, partnership and making the most of what you have. Above all, it is a story about creating something extraordinary together, then having the courage to let it go.
